The day our large group was scheduled to arrive, (a big block of rooms paid for month in advance) we received an email from the manager telling us we would have to move halfway thru our trip to another hotel further from our event and with fewer amenities. The only reason given was that they had mistakenly overbooked their rooms. And somehow just figured it out the day of our arrival?! After some investigation, we learned that our entire group of paying families were kicked out so they could house illegal migrants in our place! The corporate and local management, when confronted with this knowledge did not deny it. So do yourself a favor and don't risk a ruined trip, stay at an Airbnb. If I hadn't lived thru it, I wouldn't have believed it. Unbelievable lack of concern for paying customers.

This is genuinely the nicest place I’ve stayed at to date with my wife. We travel a lot for her work and our last four hotels have had glaring issues. Home2 is honestly the suite franchise we will be seeking for every trip possible from now on. The location was under renovations and even so the room was extremely well appointed. The staff were all speedy and friendly, and the water pressure and heat were amazing! If we find ourselves in this area again we will head directly here before even CONSIDERING another hotel. And every trip we take from now on, we will look for a Home2 with crossed fingers. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

We had a great stay. The room was clean. Hot chocolate bar was nice with the snowy weather. They have a bar in the lobby and the breakfast was decent also. Will stay again.

After a long day of traveling. We checked in our room to find that are pocket door was stuck closed. Called front desk to see if they had someone to take a look at it. The man came up to are room before we could unload are luggage which was great. Tried fixing but said it was off the track and broke. I asked if we could get a different room. He said he would check and let us know. Waited a good half hour and never heard back. decided to take the luggage cart back and the 2 front desk guys were watching tv and on their phones. I Figured we weren't switching rooms and went to my room disappointed. Nobody likes use the bathroom and stink up your room.... Next day upon checking out . The women said sorry and could give some points but would have to talk to a manager who wasn't there. Tried multiple times and left messages. The hilton sign says free night if not satisfied in there hotels. Didn't want that . Just some compensation. Finally reached out to corporate and said i would receive a whole $50. Would receive within 7 - 10 days. Reached out after 12 days and said it would be another 3. Very frustrated with the whole process...

Very nice hotel for a good price. The bathroom was nicely appointed with full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash which were attached to the wall. You could be at this hotel for multiple days. Breakfast was very good. Glad we chose this hotel.

The mirror on the bathroom states if we need room service, let the staff know and they will be happy to clean the room and refresh supplies. At 7:30 am the next day after I checked in, I requested basic room service of fresh towels and beds made. The lady said, "If we have time but I won't make any guarantees. Due to COVID, We service one floor a day and if your floor is not that floor, they may not get to it." When I returned that evening, there was a bag of towels sitting in front of my hotel room. They couldn't even put it in the room. I do not see this as acceptable customer service.

Had a great trip to the Canton Ohio area on our trip to Lebanon Pennsylvania! My husband and I often choose to stay at Hampton Inn & Suites but thought we'd try Home2Suites for our two-night stay. I believe our room must have been the token party room suite; there were so many things wrong stemming from the bedding, to window shade (no other window treatment) to stained, frayed sofa, overall grungy appearance of room and room fragrance of a men's locker room. We brought our main concern of bedding to the manager's attention upon check-in and also in correspondence to him afterwards with a complete brush off.

We traveled a very long way to Canton, Ohio from NH. We got to our suite with my family and dog for my dog to find a soild, disgusting dirty diaper in my dogs mouth. How is the pet deposit $75 justified at that point. I found the room to be okay and breakfast was not what we are use to staying at a hotel that offers breakfast. Mostly Jimmy Dean sandwiches that you heat, oatmeal, cereal, and waffles. Staff didn't seem to personable or inviting. This was our first stay at a Homes 2 suites. I thought we could check out staying there ocer April vacaction. I felt we should have stayed at a hotel brand we were use to. This will be our last time we stay at this hotel brand.

Reserved room was given away prior to check-in. Bathroom door latch was broken and pocket door could not be closed. Couch was dirty and member of our family had to sleep on the couch instead of the in the double Queen room we had reserved. Also when we pulled the sheets down on the bed on the room, the mattress pad was on top of the covers.
