The mirror on the bathroom states if we need room service, let the staff know and they will be happy to clean the room and refresh supplies. At 7:30 am the next day after I checked in, I requested basic room service of fresh towels and beds made. The lady said, "If we have time but I won't make any guarantees. Due to COVID, We service one floor a day and if your floor is not that floor, they may not get to it." When I returned that evening, there was a bag of towels sitting in front of my hotel room. They couldn't even put it in the room. I do not see this as acceptable customer service.
