Unfortunately our room was not clean at check in and we had to wait about 30 min. I feel like it was rushed so we didn’t have somethings but other than that the stay was really nice.

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotless, and everything about the stay felt welcoming and comfortable. We booked multiple rooms, and the one-bedroom suite was especially amazing for our family of three during our week-long stay. It felt like a mini apartment and gave us plenty of space while we had family visiting for a graduation. We were often up late talking and catching up, yet we never received a single complaint about noise. I also have a very loud toddler, and the hotel staff and environment were so accommodating — there were never any complaints, and we also never heard disturbing noise from other guests. I honestly never leave reviews, but my stay was so great that I had to take the time to leave one. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again and will definitely look for this hotel brand wherever I travel in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, check-in was quick and easy, and the entire experience felt smooth and stress-free. We really enjoyed spending time by the pool, and the location was great—convenient for getting around and exploring Charleston. The staff were especially responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

The Element at the Charleston Airport was great. Friendly staff, very modern & well appointed….even to a filtered source in the kitchen sink. Room was very nice…comfortable bed & to top it off a great breakfast, even with a yogurt bar. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool was cold!!! A hot tub would be a great addition

We stayed at Element for a week and our entire stay was phenomenal! Staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Starting from the receptionist, to Tasha at the hotel bar, Betty and John Williams at the breakfast/lobby area. Excellent service and the rooms are always neat. Highly recommended place to stay when in Charleston.
