There was no shampoo, no coffee, no pot for coffee, no ice bucket, only a mattress on a cheap bedframe. I did not know the area and it was a very sketchy area. Homeless everywhere. Loud music was played out in the parking lot. I would not recommend a single woman by herself to stay there

Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm on the 22nd of March. I arrived at the Hotel at 3:35pm for the Front Desk to tell me that they are over booked they had to cancel my reservation because they are overbooked.
I asked why I wasn't called? It turned out they actually did call. Yes they lecft me a message at 3:05pm. So they called me at 3:05pm while I was on the road driving there, to cancel a reservation that was supposed to be booked at 3:00pm., Awesome

Cockroaches in the room.
The website said absolutely no this about a deposit that was more then the actual room. Plus the deposit was not returned and they said it would come back in 24hrs.
They told me if I choose not to pay the outrageous deposit,that they did not have to refund my money at all.
We call this here "highway robbery"

All was ok till we entered the room where when we turned on the light, there were nearly a dozen roaches, running some flying. We backed out and found another hotel.

The area had very much strange activity and strange people walking around at night. Also our first night in the room seemed nice and clean but the very next day there were roaches in our room popping up from almost all areas of the room. We tried to get our room switched but they had nothing else available. Definitely would’ve gone somewhere else if I had the money and time to do so.

Roach Motel
The room looked ok. Floors was dirty and there were things that didn’t work like TV and blinds. The most concerning was the roach problem.
