stupid experience！！！Only stayed one night but charge two nights fee, really disappointing!!! 沒有經過同意信用卡亂扣費，住一晚扣兩晚房費也不給退錢

The hotel is as pictured, great location and beautiful lobby & bar and great friendly staff as you walk in. The pool was a nice spot to relax and my daughter had a great time swimming. Outlet stores are directly across the street and lots of quick food options. Easy commute into Charleston and folly beach area. The room was nice, beds were fairly comfortable, not the best hotel mattress I’ve ever slept on. The bathroom is the only negative. Unlike the rest of the room it had this poorly fitted drop ceiling that was starting to rust from the poor ventilation. There was also a wire rack shelf in the shower that was mostly rusted over, not the kind of place you want to rest you bar of soap.

Great location! Room was clean and big! Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, will come again!

I didn’t like the fact that the rooms were so outdated. When we 1st walked in the room we instantly noticed dust all over the counter and mini fridge…also smears everywhere like housekeeping didn’t clean…went into the bathroom it was a huge rust stain on the outside of the tub…the people were extremely nice but the room unfortunately not so much…cleanliness is huge for me and my family

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. I didn’t like that my credit card was compromised and use to charge for item I never purchased. When I contacted the hotel I spoke with a male who said he would look into it and never called me back. I will not stay at this location again.

Shuttle from and to airport is a plus! Decent breakfast options was as well. The room had an older/musty smell but i loved having everything in the room ( coffee, tea, microwave, kitchenette area with refrigerator). Was a very spacious room.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We enjoyed the location, cleanliness and the staff. The only complaint/concern that we had was that we tried to turn up the thermostat since it was cold and it doesn't seem as if the room got any warmer. We didn't report it to the front desk, however. We just lived with it. :)

Having the bar in the middle of the lobby made it very noisy and uncomfortable to sleep. On the weekend people were so loud that it was unbearable to sleep. When I called, the receptionist told me that pretty much I have to wait until midnight to go to bed. Very unfortunate that we had to suffer because other guests chose to drink until midnight. The room was alright, like a 2 stars hotel. AC vent was moldy and bathroom ceiling was coming out. Corner of the bed and nightstand was dusty, headboard was scratched up and poor lighting in the room. Need a good remodeling and cleaning. House keeper supervisor was very rude too.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Nice bar area and restaurant. No free or discounted b-fast. The exercise room needs upgraded. It is a reasonably priced hotel.

Family was staying one night here. At first look, the room appeared to be clean. A late night bathroom break resulted in being fully awakened by a large cockroach quickly crawling on the bathroom floor and walls. After killing, I turned on all the lights only to find something else crawling near the ceiling. We called the front desk and an employee brings us a bottle of what he described as a peroxide mixture. We were unable to comfortably sleep and we had a long drive in the morning. Also, it sounded like there was a large gathering in the center of the hotel. Very loud laughter and talking until 2am. I am very disappointed in this Crown Plaza Hotel.

I have stayed at this property a few times and was satisfied with the service. I did notice in the shower, room 314, there was peeling of the wallpaper near the tub and I had a hard time figuring out how to elevate the showerhead. Otherwise I have no other complaints.

This property is a perfect balance of elegance and simplicity. Whoever designed and implemented this “Crown Plaza” elements experience should be commended. Special mentions to all of the staff from the front desk to the restaurant and bar. You make the whole machine work! I look forward to returning.

The stay was great and room was clean however, we did not get the room with the TUB which we registered for. I could have complain which I did not because a customer was already complaining to the front desk clerk with whatever his issue was; and the front desk clerk was DEFINITELY VERY RUDE BACK in her defense. I was already tired from a long trip and to see her arguing with another customer I didn't had the strength not knowing what mood that employee was in to come to her with my complaint. Even though we didn't get the room with the TUB the overall cleanness and comfort was great with no major issues I can't complain about that. :)
