希爾頓逸林套房酒店-查爾斯頓機場(DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Suites Charleston Airport)

Not bad. Airport shuttle was on time. No porters available at this hotel. My husband had to push the trolley with all our suitcases himself. Terrible. Really poor not having the staff to assist. Would the hotel have allowed a single woman to push this trolley by herself? Standard room and toiletries. Large bathroom. Room was clean and the receptionist and restaurant staff were friendly. Do better with having a porter.

It was a struggle to sign in, as the Hilton app did not allow for me to sign-in just prior to arrival. Tried to sign in at the counter and they did not find me under my name, but under Jr, instead of my last name. The pool was/is not heated, there is no sauna or hot tub...not great considering room rates. Also, no breakfast included with the room. Very limited choices for breakfast and also very pricey. Once we got into our room, we realized that the bathroom door slides shut, but does not slide shut tight, and the glass shower doors are not even and did not shut properly either. The people at the desk and the breakfast bar were friendly though. Semi-trucks running all night long outside our room making it noisy and hard to sleep. Also had people arguing and fighting outside our window in the parking lot, making it feel like an unsafe area. We had already paid for four nights, and it was just at the limit for us to remain there instead of moving.

Hotel was immaculate. Check in and out was quick and easy. Had a late dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Staff is attentive even when they are racing around behind the bar. Inviting fire pit in the patio created a relaxing environment.

Put in handicap room. When asked for change. Lied about being full. Sink did not work. Tub did not work. Handicap bathroom took up space wanted for sleeping and relaxing. Chair in room was horrible. Uncomfortable and unusable. When I complained. Empty apologies. No response via email from gm.
