查爾斯頓萬豪TownePlace套房酒店-北查爾斯頓

Parking was chaotic at best was only allowed one parking pass for two vehicles

My experience was inseparable everyone was very professional, show a lot of care to me. All the staff treated we with a warm welcome. FOOD GREAT.

No hacen las camas ni la limpieza diario ni aseo.Llegamos 2am muy cansados y tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos porque a esa hora hacen el corte diario...terrible.

Had a great time. Even extended our stay. Breakfast was great and staff was wonderful. Anything we needed just asked and got it. Would highly recommend. The area is right off the highway. A lot of places around us and nothing was too far away.

It was a great place to stay. It was a little far from the beach and downtown but we managed. I would stay there again.

Small little hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Charleston. Plan for a 20-30 commute to get to downtown or Mt Pleasant or a longer commute (took us over an hour) to get to Folly Beach during peak season.

Room was not fully cleaned . Pool closed earlier than most. We didn’t get to use it. Outside patio was occupied all day by contractors couldn’t sit outside. I specifically asked for a walk in shower and got a regular shower

The young lady in the evening up front is amazing and always a great help the area is close to shopping and restaurants Breakfast is ok not all that great

We stayed there for 4 days and the staff didn’t come once to tidy up the room even after asking. We ran out of body soap in the bathroom. There was a cockroach in our room and the staff didn’t say much about it when we showed them photos. When we asked for a late checkout the cleaning people finally came to our room and kept trying to get in every 5 minutes when the late checkout we had asked for was only 30 minutes later than the actual checkout. Staying here wasn’t great but we had a room to stay in and a place to store our stuff. I wouldn’t stay here again necessarily.
