切姆斯福德源宿酒店(Element Chelmsford)

The hotel was very nice and the front staff was very kind, however, after I checked out, there was a surprise $400 charge on my credit card that nobody could tell me what it was for nor can I get it refunded. Please do not go to this hotel unless you have an extra $400 to burn & no one in management can affectively return your calls or messages.

Har bott några gånger på detta hotellet och jag har bara bra erfarenheter. Tips är att säga till om städning, då får man den utförd varje dag och precis som övrig service, väldigt bra och punktligt.

The staff was rude. Never said hi upon arrival any of the days. When asked for toilet paper they did not bring and when called they said to go downstairs and get it ourselves. Asked the clean the room they never came to clean. It was a complete disaster. Unprofessional and very uneducated staff. Please please train the staff at least for the basic customer service skills ans how to greet.

Pase unos días excelentes. La habitación comoda y el desayuno riquísimo. Estuve el el primer piso y fue conveniente ya que no montó ascensor y mi esposo no puede subir escaleras. En fin definitivamente volvemos

Room wasnt available on arrival. They had to provide a different room. One of the bed comforters had blood on it so we did not use that bed. There were ants in the bathroom and small hairs all over sink. Overall wasnt as clean as i would prefer.

Overpriced; room shabby and could easily hear people walking on floor above.

Nothing outstanding about the hotel. Clean and comfortable, but not over the top. The chair in the room was not nice, no arms at all - looked and felt like a leftover from a sectional that was on clearance.

Clean and spacious I have a family of 6 and we all fitted in one room comfortable.

Mass amount of fat fruit flies in the kitchen and bathroom areas of room 123. Eww gross.
