We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The reception staff, Gulnaar, Narayan, Aman (Intern) were very polite. Jay, Sima and Amit from Comida were the definition of comfort. Pratham provided us with a great service during the pool hours. Rahul and Alok were a great help when it came to valet parking and security. Dinesh, the elevator assistant was super polite and friendly. The food at Comida was phenomenal. Overall the stay was relaxing and rejuvenating. The entire staff team of the hotel and restaurants, be it security, elevator assistant, valet, reception, housekeeping, interns, restaurant staff, pool area are the main pillars of this hotel being an excellent and welcoming stay for its guest. Thankyou Hilton and the wonderful people of Hilton for making our stay content and something to remember this getaway worth for.

My stay at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon in Goa was an exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. The room I was allocated was not only comfortable but also boasted a very spacious bathroom, enhancing the overall comfort and luxury of my stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with the swimming pool being a particular highlight due to its inviting atmosphere and pristine condition. The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel. One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing for moments of tranquility and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Goa. .

Stay with a family of 3 the hotel is at prime location of panjim, walkable distance to ritz classic, godinhos, kokni canteen etc and all of the casinos like deltin, big daddy, majestic pride and few others. Food is good, we utilised only their breakfast as we had travel-led to visit the local restaurants and casinos breakfast has good options, we had parathas, boiled eggs, masala omelette, idle sambhar chutney toast bread with butter/jam with tea and coffee service was great and staff was helpful. Recommended for family.

Very joyful and satisfied family stay, checking most expectations positively, only suggestion to improve impact would be greater attention to details. Happy enough to extend stay after feeling satisfied supportive desk and hotel staff and good variety in breakfast, restaurant food quality/taste very good though more local/goan/konkan options would be appreciated - good south/north indian options; rooms-toilets-baths clean and spacious with relevant amenities. Could enhance service with more consistency and attention to details specifically housekeeping - no significant complaint and the team resolved on call: old bottle in room fridge, missing feet-towel outside bath, 1 instead of 2 soap bars, less milk creamer, etc. - relatively insignificant grindings but the difference between good and excellent. For anyone hoping to book, would definitely recommend with a suggestion to always use the entry road by the mandir near the highway signal instead of the entry road by the highway church which makes navigation a bit long and confusing.

We rested at the hotel in January 2023.Delicious Indian-style breakfast, but not spicy, beautiful grounds, very convenient to go to the beach and very friendly and tidy staff.I especially want to mention the reception manager Anita, who solved all our problems with understanding and attention.We will definitely come back again!

We had the best experience at Westin Goa. It was a friends birthday and Westin made sure to make it perfect. With the best decorations of the room and cake table to a delicious cake. The hospitality was amazing. Would like to give a special shout out to a few people. Nayna, Ankita, Karan, Usha, chef Govind, Rosie and Ashmita made us feel right at home. Chef Govind created the best case as I requested. Thank you for everything. We hope to be back soon

PPrateek DahiyaRecently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The room was big and clean and cool. The bathroom was nice, however they only give you one tiny toilet roll, spare would’ve been nice. We had two big bottles of water in our room but our room did not get cleaned or replenished during our stay. The beach bar (Bongos) had really friendly staff and good service. The food was nice and also cheap. There is a private beach area, which is nice but also far from the sea in low tide. There’s also a nice pool area which is lovely if you need a break from the sea and sand. It’s a very rustic place, the huts looked really cool however our room was very pleasant. All rooms have an outdoor seating area. Baga beach itself is pretty hectic, so this is a nice distance away from the party *****, but not too far to walk. We didn’t get a Tuk Tuk or taxi once when we were there as there is plenty within walking distance from the hotel.

It was a wonderful stay at Riva beach resort. All went well, nothing to highlight as cons. The only possible point can be the price of the food. Slightly on the higher side but quality is really good. If someone is looking a stay in Mandrem, i will definitely recommend. Extremely good room service 24*7. However, the location might be slightly off the typical north Goa vibe but you still have many things in close drive proximity. We loved the buffet especially with live music. However, just a small issue we faced is the wait time to get a table. Considering the accomodation capacity, the buffet area looks on a smaller size though it is actually quite big. Please reconsider adding another sub area to accomodate the buffet. It might reduce the wait time. Summary - must try property! No negatives that should change my mind.

Read below: “Hotel”?: It is NOT a hotel. Stop advertising it as a “hotel”. Reception: This is essentially the front house where the family that runs Garden Villa lives. You will not see anyone most of the time at the “reception” and will need to stand at the steps/entrance and look into the house expectantly and someone will come out and attend to you. That is reception for you. Garden: The “garden” is essentially a few patches of grass and a few average looking plants that grow nearly everywhere in Goa. If you are lucky, you will get a room that overlooks this “garden”. If you are not lucky, you will have a view overlooking a back street, or worse. Swimming Pool: Don’t be fooled by the swimming pool. It is a really small and shallow pool in open air – let us face it, Indians don’t have much of a swimming pool tradition/culture. The pool is about 10-15 meters from a very dusty and busy road. The pool is not covered so you can imagine dust, bird droppings, debris from trees, and heavens know what, fall into the pool. During my five-days stay, I did not see anyone cleaning it. I saw only once someone using it - a group of young Indian men having what looked like a bath. WiFi: Poor and intermittent. I would not say more. Room: Utterly utterly average room with a double bed, a table, a coat hanger, a TV (see below), a mirror, and small bucket as a dustbin (see photos). Absolutely nothing else. TV: NO FREE CHANNELS. TV was not connected to any network or cable in my room. I needed to ask the reception three times to come and connect it with cable, dish, or anything. They finally put a plug-in device (a kind or WiFi access point), which enabled the TV to receive Amazon Prime, Netflix, and some Indian channels. BUT you must pay for them. They are NOT free. Mattress and pillow: Utterly poor quality and old mattress and pillow, which hadn’t been well maintained and cleaned. The Garden Villa ***agement tried to cover the old mattress with a foam cover which was a little short and shrunk at the corners (see photos). Bathroom: Probably the worst bathroom you will get for 34 British Pounds a night. Toilet was old and rickety, paint was peeling off the walls and also off the rusty toilet door. Sink, taps, and mirror were looked uncleaned with signs of mould (or mold). Fridge: NO FRIDGE IN THE ROOM. Again, in most hotels you will find a fridge but not at Garden Villa. If you are in Goa, you cannot do without a fridge. It is very warm and hot throughout the year, and you will badly miss a fridge. But sadly rooms come with NO FRIDGE. Room service: You will need to ask the “reception” for someone to come around and clean the room. If you don’t ask, no-one is going to come around. Restaurant: No restaurant at Garden Villa. 訪訪客The location is right on the beach and near to lots of bars and restaurants. At the moment, there is a rule in Arambol about live music stopping at 10pm so it isn't overly loud. You can hear the sea when the music is not playing. It is at the quieter end of Arambol beach (regarding sunbathing tourists) which I liked but there is still music playing. This may or may not appeal. The room was basic, but clean when I arrived. I stayed for 6 nights, and they never came into my room. Not to clean, not to empty the bathroom bin. Not for any reason. That is fine by me as I am ok to empty my own bin, but may bother others. The linens and towels were old but clean. Weirdly, I asked for an extra toilet roll after day 4, and I was told I was entitled to only one but that they would make an exception! The length of your stay appears to be irrelevant to the amount of provisions. They also didn't provide a top sheet. I asked for one and he seemed uncertain if I cold have one and said he would let me know later, then forgot (and apologised later). They said I had a blanket and could use that - but those are rarely cleaned so I didn't want to use it next to my skin. It was actually okay as I didn't end up needing it, but if there had been lots of mosquitoes there would have been zero barrier. The owners were friendly and said hello whenever I passed them.
