It was a wonderful stay at Riva beach resort. All went well, nothing to highlight as cons. The only possible point can be the price of the food. Slightly on the higher side but quality is really good. If someone is looking a stay in Mandrem, i will definitely recommend. Extremely good room service 24*7. However, the location might be slightly off the typical north Goa vibe but you still have many things in close drive proximity. We loved the buffet especially with live music. However, just a small issue we faced is the wait time to get a table. Considering the accomodation capacity, the buffet area looks on a smaller size though it is actually quite big. Please reconsider adding another sub area to accomodate the buffet. It might reduce the wait time. Summary - must try property! No negatives that should change my mind.

When planning the final, Candolim section of our trip to Goa, Shanu's first caught my eye as it seemed to be in a good location but it was difficult to find many reviews from a UK tourist's perspective. Despite this I made a booking for a 1st floor Queen room and it proved to be a very good decision. Shanu's is a large building surrounded by beautiful gardens, located in a quiet, mainly residential area with a couple of other similar guest houses nearby. It is two minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the main road and 10 minutes to Candolim beach road. On checking in we received a friendly greeting before being shown to our room where we were handed our WiFi passwords and 5 large bottles of water, one for each day of our stay. The room had a balcony, accessed via sliding glass doors with insect screens and was equipped with a comfortable double bed, effective quiet air conditioning, a fridge, a kettle and there were plenty of sockets dotted around the room. The modern ensuite bathroom was fitted with a great shower that provided hot water any time of day and room cleaning was carried out whenever required by leaving our key at reception, who also organised a very reasonably priced taxi to take us to the airport. We enjoyed our stay at Shanu's enormously and wouldn't hesitate to stay there when we next visit Candolim.

Stay with a family of 3 the hotel is at prime location of panjim, walkable distance to ritz classic, godinhos, kokni canteen etc and all of the casinos like deltin, big daddy, majestic pride and few others. Food is good, we utilised only their breakfast as we had travel-led to visit the local restaurants and casinos breakfast has good options, we had parathas, boiled eggs, masala omelette, idle sambhar chutney toast bread with butter/jam with tea and coffee service was great and staff was helpful. Recommended for family.

Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

We had an excellent experience staying in the hotel. It felt as comfortable as home. We looked forward to coming back to the hotel room and relaxing after hectic day trips outside. The reception decor is beautiful so are the people at the reception. Supriya, Ashley and Dharmraj to name a few. The restaurant serves excellent food and the people who serve are courteous and welcoming. The smile and serve gesture of all in the resistant will remain etched in our mind. Specially to mention service provided by Salini and Vanrani in the restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The reception staff, Gulnaar, Narayan, Aman (Intern) were very polite. Jay, Sima and Amit from Comida were the definition of comfort. Pratham provided us with a great service during the pool hours. Rahul and Alok were a great help when it came to valet parking and security. Dinesh, the elevator assistant was super polite and friendly. The food at Comida was phenomenal. Overall the stay was relaxing and rejuvenating. The entire staff team of the hotel and restaurants, be it security, elevator assistant, valet, reception, housekeeping, interns, restaurant staff, pool area are the main pillars of this hotel being an excellent and welcoming stay for its guest. Thankyou Hilton and the wonderful people of Hilton for making our stay content and something to remember this getaway worth for.

My stay at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon in Goa was an exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. The room I was allocated was not only comfortable but also boasted a very spacious bathroom, enhancing the overall comfort and luxury of my stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with the swimming pool being a particular highlight due to its inviting atmosphere and pristine condition. The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel. One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing for moments of tranquility and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Goa. .

Close your eyes and book this hotel you will be very very happy!! Wonderful staff right all around who will give a homely vibe, with care and attention!! Taj heritage is really lucky to have such amazing people working for them!! Rahul in the larajna BF restaurant was a wonderful soul who took care of us extremely well Love this restaurant and great respect to Taj for accomodating all our requests!! Will come back to Goa only for staying at the heritage
