Wouldn't let me check in at 230pm, then a guest checked in at 240pm and they finally let me check in. I prepaid online for my room and they were going to charge me $679 for a room with incidental charge. They said I still owed for the room, once I produced the proof that I prepaid he did some things and then acted like he fixed it doing me a favor. Young clerk that helped me was constantly rolling his eyes at me and acting like it was a bother to help me. Will never stay at a hampton inn again
