Candlewood Suites 小石城北部(Candlewood Suites North Little Rock)

This is my first stay out of my whole cross-country trip where in order to get access to internet I should have their rewards program membership. Front desk literally told me I wouldn’t get wi-fi password unless I was their member. When booking, the ad clearly said “free wi-fi”

Very good value for price. Clean rooms, nothing fancy, great shower, bed was comfortable. Very close to interstate and lots of shopping and close to mall.

There is no vanity in the bathroom - just a tiny sink. Nowhere to put anything you need. Television selection was minimal and there is no channel guide in the room. No weather channel on the TV. Room couldn't decide if was to be cold or hot - we had no control. No portico to protect guests as they unload or load their cars in the 90 degree heat.

The staff was amazing, especially Jordan. He went above and beyond for each of our requests. We will definitely stay again when in town.

Very nice room that would be good for the business traveler that needed to work from the room. Large desk, and kitchenette.

Staff is amazingly friendly. Comfort bed and pillows, fantastic outdoor grilling area. Conveniently located to Mexican restaurant that’s delicious, a Walmart, and bus line. I was able to check in extra early and get a free 2pm check out as an IHG member. Always book through the hotel directly when you can! They have a sharing closet which has a set of play dough, games, books, sewing kits, tongs, anything you could need or want. Special thanks to Drew!

This place was so clean. We have been staying in another hotel at our destination that isn’t have as nice! We will be back when in the area!

My family and I came out of state and we picked this hotel based on it being nice and had an indoor pool. When we got their the lobby smelled like **** and the manager who checked us in didn’t greet us properly. Come to find out after we checked in, the pool was closed all day, night and even the next day for chemical imbalance which shouldn’t have taken that long. Very disappointing to pay as much as we did without being able to go for a swim.

A great place to stay. If it provided breakfast, it would be perfect.
