小石城市中心萬怡酒店(Courtyard Little Rock Downtown)

En general buenas instalaciones, lo único es el ruido del aire de la calefacción, muy ruidoso, por momento incómodo.

My son and I booked a room to attend a concert close by. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Room was beautiful and comfortable. They only issue I had was that I was charged $20 twice for a hold but the last at customer service couldn't see it on her end. Her best guess was that it will be refunded and then just charge me $11 for the parking garage.

It was a great property that offered you a comfort stay in a good location, close to places to eat and things to do.

Me and my husband's favorite hotel now. Been twice. So clean, comfy, awesome outdoor fire pit, and bar. The ladies up front are so nice and helpful. The sweet bartender is awesome and went above and beyond! Book this hotel!

I didn’t get to go and got charged. It was passed my deadline to cancel but I tried to explain but no one cares.

Line to check in was horrible !! Took 30 min .. front desk needs more than 1 person at 4 pm .. check in time ! We were given a parking voucher but the charge was still added to my credit card ! Wow ! Location was great but won’t stay again for these reasons !

That stay was great. It was a great experience but my only problem was the housekeeping staff opening our doors on two different occasions without knocking or announcing their self.

The hotel and location was good but we were disappointed that the pool was closed. That’s the main reason that we booked the hotel because of the pool and the kids wanted to swim. This should have been told to us in advance so that we could have chosen another hotel with a pool.

Staff very helpful. Great location. Parking accessible and safe. Restaurant in the hotel not good. Coffee was terrible.
