All I can say is well done! I always cringe when I have to stay in a hotel but this place made me want to stay more than our one night!! From the check-in and acknowledgement as Hilton Honors members to entering our room!! As Honors members we get free bottles of water, but they went a step further and printed labels with the members name on them, who does that???? Hampton Inn North Little Rock, that’s who!! Normally most hotels spiff up their lobby to make you think the rooms will be great and then you are disappointed once you enter the room, but here the rooms live up to the hype of the beautiful lobby!! Our room was very clean & beautiful, no stains on carpets or upholstered seats, no mold around tubs or stains on carpet. The room looked and smelled clean!! To top it off everyone was friendly, the front desk, the cleaning staff & the breakfast staff. Whoever is managing this hotel should provide training to others hotels all around! The next day when we left town and checked into a Hilton Garden Inn not too far away, it was such a depressing let down after staying in this Hampton!! Oh, and breakfast included real food!! The omelettes were great, I enjoyed the cooked oatmeal & my Mom loved the sausage & potatoes! They also offer fresh fruit, apples, bananas. There is a waffle machine & we all appreciate the microwave in the breakfast area as we were catching up with family and needed to heat up our meals because we made our plates and were talking and forgot about the food. Checkout is 12:00 noon, which is great & they give from 6-10 for breakfast, yay!! We really enjoyed all the conveniences and our family members did too. We will definitely return when we visit the area in the future!! Can’t wait to come back.

Probably one of the nicest Hamptons we’ve stayed at in a long time. Noticeably very clean everywhere. Plastic bags in trash cans, a big plus. Bathroom accouterments a plenty. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Among some other items too. Very nice touch (other than the fact that the conditioner was empty). Probably some of the nicest toilet paper I’ve ever seen in a hotel. King room was quite large and roomy. Unfortunately, we left our personal bed pillow, but the front desk personnel offered to hold it until our return trip. Nice shower head. Nice water flow and pattern. Sadly, the pick your room software didn’t function properly. I checked in via the app for room 302 on the west side of the hotel, but the digital key gave me room 303 on the east side. The welcome letter in 303 was for James Carroll. So we got his room, and they gave our room to someone else AFTER I checked in. The hotel should not allow a guest to extend their stay after the room is booked for someone else. That person should have been moved to 303. Still giving 5 stars in spite of the glitches. Very nice place.

Amazing breakfast. Free bottles of water upon arrival. Great staff. My name was on the tv and on a piece of paper when I arrived. Felt spoiled. Bed was comfortable. Got in late, but no problem. TV took a little bit to figure out but not bad. Loved all the extra toiletries like the body wash and shampoo pumps. Plenty of towels.

When visiting Little Rock a stay here will impress! We’ve visited many other Hampton Inn locations and this one is the nicest. The facility is so nice it seems brand new, despite being 8 yrs old. Perfectly clean, everything works as it should and very nice staff. Very close to I40, restaurants and stores. Thanks for the great stay, loved our stay and we’ll be back.

Very clean and well maintained. Everyone seems to enjoy working here and is very nice. It was a little loud with girls basketball team one night but Mr James that works nights did an excellent job dealing with it. I really couldn’t find anything negative to put in my review

This is an EXCELLENT hotel! So well run, clean, great breakfast options, round the clock coffee and hot water available in lobby. I have three kiddos and chose this location due to indoor pool. We stayed 3 nights and each morning while we were out our trash was taken out and all our towels replaced, when you have two in diapers this is amazing! All the staff was incredibly friendly and everything in the room worked well! Oh also, the full size shampoo/ conditioner/ body washer in the shower on the wall smelled so amazing and ingredients looked clean, I didn't even bother unpacking ours!

This is a nice clean hotel in a nice area, and the staff seem to be friendly, however, this is not a serious hotel for business travel, or families with kids that are tech savvy. Their TV's are tiny, and very old. They can not support integration with computers, video casting, external streaming devices, and for the kids, any type of game system. You have the option to access Netflix, Tubi or YouTube through their home screen, or watch the 10 channels on their cable line-up. The night I stayed, I was not able to link my laptop to the tv, so that I could do some editing of a presentation I needed to make on a large format screen. I've been trying to build up my Hilton Honors acct, but I wish I had known this issue, so I could have booked at the Holiday Inn... they do not have these short comings with their technology. The tv in my room, even flopped around on the stand and couldn't even sit straight and level. Again, it's a very nice hotel, if all you plan to do is sleep, but if you need to get some work done that involves any type of technological needs, this hotel will let you down.

Aside from a Hampton Inn in Columbus,Ohio that had literally just opened their doors this is the nicest Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. Clean, well maintained, updated rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, great location, great rates, free parking in an ample sized lot. The free water and personal touches acknowledging us as Honors members were very welcoming. We are Hilton Diamond members and travel a lot and stay in many Hampton’s. Above and beyond the best in everything. Just outstanding. Stopped to see the Clinton Library, wish we had more reasons to go back to Little Rock.

I booked a stay for one night at this hotel. I booked through a different website and I received specific confirmation FROM THE HOTEL ITSELF on December 8th that my stay and check in time was confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel, the white trash redhead at the front desk said the reservation didn't show up, refused to acknowledge the emails FROM THE HAMPTON INN, threatened to call the police on us, and refused to let us book another room.

Enjoyable overnight stay! The room and facility was very clean. We are moving from Texas to Tennessee, this was our overnight midway stop. We had our cat and dog with us which were welcome with a $ 50 charge per stay. Comfortable bed, furniture in the room. Free bottled water at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was very good. If I were coming through this way again we would definately stay here! The only negative of the entire stay was the front desk staff were never there. I had to look for them or call out hello, and they came out from the back. The woman who checked us out this morning looked like she had a lemon for breakfast. No eye contact, no pleasantries, she just handed me my bill.

This is a very nice Hampton Inn and it's always a pleasant stay. The rooms are always clean, and the location is perfect near restaurants and shops. The breakfast is always outstanding. Thank you and keep up the great work.

This hotel is very well maintained. Very clean. Very comfortable. Bathroom was nice sized with new towels and washcloths. Great hot breakfast options with courteous breakfast staff. Near plenty of great places to dine. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We stayed here twice in one week, going back and forth between Texas and Alabama. It’s a nice hotel, well located for travelers, and close to a mall and many restaurants. Interestingly, the standard rooms are not all the same. Our second room was larger than the first. Even in the smaller room, however, there was good use of space. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

This Hampton Inn is at the edge of an outdoor shopping mall, and the hotel is literally surrounded by good eating and shopping venues. The hotel appears to be very new, as it is extremely clean and updated inside. The beds were comfy and the linen and towels in pristine condition. The complementary breakfast was tasty with a good selection of hot and cold items. Overall, a great hotel that we recommend.
