Great place to stay. A little dated, but staff were exceptional and let me check in early, the unit was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had a full size fridge and kitchen and plenty of room. Minor criticisms would be that people in 2 bedroom units have free access to washing machines and dryers whilst people in 1 bedroom units have to use coin operated ones, and the TV was a bit on the small size. It is within walking distance of The Strand and shops. I would he happy to stay again and happy to recommend

Stayed at palm waters for 7 weeks with my husband. We were visiting family and the swimming pool was terrific fun for the grandchildren. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious with full kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and all of the staff were lovely and friendly. It’s close to the strand, rock pool, cafe’s and restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful clean apartment with all the facilities to make it a home from home. Really comfortable beds and the pool was clean. Convenient location with good parking. The road outside can be a bit noisy though. Communication was good with phone calls and emails when necessary. Would stay here again.

Spacious Apartment perfect for families. Modern Furniture. Good Value for money if you're looking to stay on budget. Close to most beach. Great fish and chip shop just up the road. Kids will love the pool.

The friendliest owner and staff that go beyond to make your stay comfortable. The accommodation is always clean and neat as a pin. The convenience to the Strand and to shops makes for an easy stay without having to travel far. We recommend Palm Waters and Angel Waters to all whom travel to Townsville

Disappointed as I thought this apartment was supposed to be a modern unit close to The Strand. Its 3 streets back from the beach and nothing more than a residential block of units. The bathroom has been renovated but the rest of the unit is very dated and basic. Wifi is good.

Nothing like the advertisement. I expected a modern apartment close to waterfront, however it is just a residential unit in an old bloxk of units with residents laundry and old items lying around. Locals sitting around smoking and coughing.

This was the cleanest holiday property i have ever stayed in, the best standards. It was so nice to stay there. Will definitely stay there again.
