The apartment was nice and clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the linen was nice also. There was everything in the unit that was needed virtually. Only downfall was the junk laying around outside. And the permanent residents parked where they wanted at times. Other than that it was nice and close to the Strand. Walking distance to Main Street.

The unit was reasonably clean and comfortable (if a little dark with not much natural light). My biggest bugbear is, I hate plastic kettles and teflon cookware which are always chipped and scratched and we're eating enough plastics and chemicals these days. Big plus, two stainless steel saucepans. The plastic jug itself was terribly stained brown so I don't know if it's Townsville water. The bed was very comfortable. The two airconditioning units were annoying with their whistling sounds. It was a good base to the Strand area and dining options.
