Greatness

You get what you pay for. It was on the cheaper side so for the value it was ok. I was frustrated that the restaurant was closed both nights I stayed. I chose this hotel because of the on site restaurant. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn’t want to leave the hotel. That didn’t work out too well. The hotel is dated but ok. Small bathrooms in room, ice machine broken. About what you should expect for the price.

First of all it was pricey. Second, the room was so dirty. The bathtub had a stain and there was hair on the floor. The floor was unswept and dust all over the tables. The curtain was broken off from the hinge. I will not stay here EVER again and do not recommend this hotel to noone. So disappointed in this company. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

Property is run down and dirty, Smells like mold. People loitering outside the windows drinking and being loud until late and then moving the party to the rooms when security finally talked to them. This went on until 2:30 in the morning.

The room was nice and clean - I don’t know why the window was so filthy though. Was a shame because the view of the pool is so nice. I know a lot of places are foregoing room service like making the beds and bringing new towels - but it would’ve been nice to have this as an option. Besides that, for the price they’re updated rooms and a pretty good deal.

Who ever gave this place a 7/10 is crazy!!! The grounds and hotel building itself was filthy. The actual room itself was clean and neat but the bed was hard as a rock. It looks like it is possibly sec 8 housing.

It was quiet and the area around the property is spacious and safe. I like the complimentary breakfast. What I dislike the temperature of the water of the pool was cold and i couldn't enjoy the swim. Hotel room the first sink was clog was unable to use it other than that was good.

Most importantly, room was clean and bed comfortable. Hotel itself is a but outdated and could use a renovation. Front desk staff seemed to have an attitude and was a bit rude. We had showed up early and were told that they would not check us in until at least 3:00. I asked if they do not do early check ins, she said they do but had nothing available, refusing to even check the computer to see if our room was ready. We waited until 3 but still got attitude telling us we had to now wait until 4. My husband who is disabled had come in and commented that he really needed to get off his foot. The girl then checked the computer and realized that (oh yes) our room was available for check in. And then my disabled husband had to struggle to get up to the 2nd floor as they did not have 1st floor availability and do not have an elevator. Not a good hotel for the handicapped. But a decent hotel if you're just looking for a clean room. And breakfast was decent with hot and cold selections. I've had better but I've definitely had worse.

The room was very spacious and very enjoyable. The only issues I had was that the soda machines were not working properly. Other than that, I was very glad I stayed.
