First checking in, the gentleman was very friendly and kind. After getting settled in the room it was nice. However, you could hear everything going on in the hallway. Upon asking for more towels there were no bath towels left due to being short staffed. Additionally the cleaning staff were exceptionally loud in the morning and had woken me up.

Bad experience with this hotel! not good insulation in the room, we got a room facing the highway and a ice machine by the hallway. Gaps are around the door. We can hear people talking and loud ice falling. We can’t get much sleep in the first night. The front desk wouldn’t let us switch to different rooms due to missed room cleaning time. They only clean the room after check out in the morning. We have been to another hotel in the area before, no noise issues. Also the bed sheets were scratches due to washed to many times. Not going to stay here next time!

The staff was very welcoming and the location was not bad at all.

Stayed one night for a trip to Mohegan Sun for a basketball game and had a really great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and honestly pretty quiet, even with multiple youth sports teams staying there. Our room was wonderful, and having easy temperature control made it nice to relax after a long day. The pool was great and the fitness center being open was a big plus. Breakfast was reasonably priced and tasted really good. The best part though, was the staff. Jenny and Mateo were super welcoming and easy to talk to—they even remembered our plans for the weekend and asked how everything went, which was very thoughtful. The hotel was also very accommodating when our event time changed last minute, which we really appreciated. Overall just a perfect stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Balcony was dirty. Breakfast area is in the lobby and when we thought it could not have gotten worst they charged out credit card for an additional $300 for a door handle which they claimed was damage during the time we were there. when I called to clarify and to let them know that the lock was as is when we got it the so call manager hang up on me. When I called back the general manager’s behavior was even worst. This place needs to be closed. The smell alone in the lobby is distasteful. We were there for our anniversary and my husbands. birthday and is deeply sadden by this. My husband wanted to leave from the first day based on the experience. This is a-shame! I asked the house keeper for additional towels and she said the wash was broken so she only game me 2 for the two rooms. Everything seems to be falling apart there.

Expensive stay for a subpar experience. Stayed 5 nights, had to beg for housekeeping to come on day 4 because they didn’t come at all before this. Shower/shampoo/conditioners were empty. Beds very uncomfortable. Pillows were pancakes. Air conditioning seemed to be on a timer, only works during the day and then you’re sweating all night. Not enough room storage. Had to pay for breakfast and coffee. At this price the hotel should be providing hot coffee and continental breakfast like all other hotels. I won’t be back to this property.

Was currently going through construction during our stay so there was a lot of banging and things taped off. The hotel was comfortable. The pool was small but nice. The gym though literally only has 3 treadmills, a rack of dumbbells, and a half deflated yoga ball. The room could have accommodated a lot more equipment so I hope that changes with the renovations.

I wasn’t able to have a proper rest time because of construction being done to the building.

We were under the impression there was a pool and jacuzzi as I just got a new knee and have been in rehab so we checked in th room and immediately went to the pool where on the wall it says Pool and Jacuzzi and there was No jacuzzi so we went right back to the front desk where the girl said there was nothing she could do so I asked for the manager and she basically called me a liar and said Show me the ad so I did and she then blamed it on corporate and website so she said we will give you a full refund immediately and we left and that was Friday the 22nd at about 3:30 pm and I still haven’t received my money back so I would like my money back immediately please
