Great location and a very nice hotel.We enjoyed a room upgrade on arrival.Dinner in the restaurant was excellent as was breakfast.Would happily stay there again

A exceptionally friendly welcome on arrival. An excellent location adjacent to the river. Wonderful food, ales and wines served by lovely staff.

We had a fabulous 2 night pre Christmas break at the Wroxham Hotel and we loved it. The room we had was lovely and clean, overlooking the river. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant and bar had fabulous views also with cosy log burners and festive decs. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Lisa, who looked after us at breakfast. We couldn’t fault it and we will be back.

Absolutely beautifully decorated hotel with amazing food. It was completely spotless and very comfortable. I had a balcony room and it was worth every penny for the stunning view. Wendy was a very attentive host making sure guests were looked after and even moved my room for me so that I could have a bath after a long day of driving. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It’s a wonderful hidden gem, totally relaxing, and staff were perfect hosts.

Small hotel in an excellent location right on the waterfront. Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful and the food was exceptional, so much so that we made a point of eating at the hotel every evening.

Superb comfort in the Hoveton suite with balcony views of broads. Bar and restaurant both offered excellent quality food and drinks, well presented & value for money. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order, plenty of choice for all food choices (vegetarian/GF etc) & all staff were cheerful, helpful and respectful. Great little autumn getaway. I can imagine the broadside rooms are a little noisy in peak season with boating revellers outside but that’s the compromise of being in the heart of the Broads.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, felt very welcomed. The food was lovely and never failed to disappoint, I will defiantly stay here again !

Fantastic hotel right on the side of the River Bure with views across Wroxham Bridge. We have stayed in this hotel 4 times now and have never had anything but a luxurious stay. Regardless of the room, standard, superior or balcony, they are all very, very good. The restaurant is excellent, the food quality is excellent too. The staff all across the hotel are friendly and efficient. We wiil return again. The only thing the hotel lacks is a lift, so if you have a disability access to the bedrooms might be a problem because you have to climb a flight of stairs.

We just had one night at the Hotel Wroxham and were delighted to be upgraded to a balcony room. The room was very comfortable with amazing views over the river. Breakfast was wonderful and I can recommend the eggs benedict which was delicious. The waitress and staff on reception were all very pleasant and helpful and we hope to return some day.
