Muy buena experiencia, habitación pequeña pero limpia, buena comida y a 5 minutos de la playa. Jesús nos hizo sentir bienvenidos y fué de gran ayuda. Nos pareció genial que tengan un área de cocina para huéspedes, limpia y con todo lo necesario. Para mejorar sería el Internet que no llega a las habitaciones y que pongan shamooo en el baño.

I enjoyed my stay at Jungles Edge this August. It is low season during that time because of the rain, but during my 9 days I only had about 2/3 heavy rain days. The food at Jungles Edge was amazing and fresh prepared throughout the day even when it was just for me, and everyone was very kind. It is easy to walk to Playa Guiones (20min), and with a tuktuk you're even quicker. Hopefully you can cath a sunset over there. Be prepared for mosquitos during the day outside, but not so much in your room. I did boxing/muay thai and made good progress with training from Lucas. The surf is really great, for all levels but I recommend first time with an instructor/local who knows the spot. I would like to come back here another time! :)

We initially booked one night in a glamping hut and booked a second night while there as we enjoyed it so much. The huts are sparkling clean with comfortable beds and bedding. The fans at night kept it cool and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and well-maintained. While a bit a walk from the beach, it’s manageable in running shoes. Apart from when walking on the beach, I recommend wearing running shoes when walking anywhere in Nosara as they protect your feet and prevent falls on loose gravel. The food and service at Jungle’s Edge is professional and friendly. Finally, the price is good for the amenities and experience of staying in a glamping hut!

Great friendly and chill budget resort with wonderful staff and laidback vibe. Definitely right in the jungle with comfy outdoor lounge/dining/entertainment area. Food was simple but delicious and accommodations were unique and comfortable. Owner and staff were very accessible, friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Great place on the edge of Nosara! Rene and Dave are superb hosts they took wonderful care of me. Stayed in a Bamboo Deluxe room which was just what I needed amazingly comfortable bed! Was there to do yoga and could walk to Bodhi Tree each morning than on to Nosara. They were always there when I got back in the afternoon with a drink and suggestions. Looking forward to go back next year when I do a Spanish course.

I stayed at Jungle's Edge (JE) last week for 7 days as a single traveler as I was going to Nosara for the first time not knowing the area. I did know I wanted to be near the Nosara Spanish Institute and Bodhi Yoga which is why I chose JE. I'm 1000% glad I did book my stay because it exceeded my expectations. When I first arrived, I wasn't sure what to expect going up the dirt road from the main road. With the sign "Jungle's Edge" hanging overhead and the jungle right afterwards, it was like I was going into Jurassic Park. This place definitely is at the jungle's edge because you can hear howler monkeys, birds and all other kinds of animals. Going into the main reception and dining area, I was blown away by the tall ceilings with wood beams and greenery everywhere. I met Dave the owner who's one of the nicest people I met during this trip along with Freddy who works there. I booked a "jungle room" directly through their site as I had other plans in Nosara and couldn't take full advantage of their all inclusive plans. The "Jungle Room" is very nice for the price $80/night at the time I booked. It has a large comfortable and very high bed. I'm not that tall so I had to do a little jump to get on. LOL. The A/C was strong and COLD which is very important while you're down in Nosara as the humidity can be high at times. Be warned, you are in the jungle so you might encounter some ants in your room. One or two here or there, not a whole colony. But I was never bothered once but don't leave food out. The shower is very unique as it's made of cement and stones so it's a little uneven, reminds you that you are somewhere different. Which I liked. I did take one boxing class with their new boxing/muay thai instructure, Doug who is an excellent teacher. I am 48 and have been working from home for the past 3 years so I am not in the best shape. Doug was great at motivating me to work hard but also knowing my limit and not exhausting me to complete failure. The dojo is very nice, open air and the floor is padded with various punching bags. I highly recommend taking a class with Doug!! Tell him Julius sent you. Overall, if you do the all inclusive retreat or just stay in one of the rooms, you won't be disappointed. Just remember you are at the jungle's edge so you'll be right next to nature.

Stumbled upon Jungles Edge hunting online for rentals in Nosara, and I’m so glad we did. The owner Dave and his staff were always available for questions and recommendations for the area. I got to use their top notch Gym to train Muay Thai and my girlfriend enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio Bohdi Tree down the road. The restaurant was great, and the surf at guillones was a 5 minute ride down the road.

Overall, my husband and I had a great experience. What struck us the most was how helpful every staff members were, from the owners to Eric and Chanil at the front desk! They assisted us for transport and made sure we have a romantic ambiance for Valentine’s day. The food is perfecto, everything is fresh from the garden! The passionfruit pie is from now on my new favorite desert!!!!!

I stayed here as part of a group for Muay Thai Vacations in mid-January. Jungle's Edge is by far one of the most pleasant places I've stayed. Dave and the staff are friendly, helpful, and service oriented. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The food is delicious and there was a huge variety. I stayed in the bungalows and they have a rustic, camping vibe but are.cleaned daily and very comfortable. The training area is spacious with a nice view. It's only a short walk to town or the beach. Overall I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in this part of Costa Rica. Thanks for a great time!

Thought it was too good to be true. Turns out I was wrong! Might just be the most delicious week of food I have ever had! Amenities were killer and Dave and his team were some of the most helpful folks I've spoken too. They even let me practice my broken Spanish ; ) . Great clean salt water pool, I stayed in one of the jungle huts and despite no AC I did great! would reccomend bring ear plugs for those who dont like howler monkeys! didn't get bitten once either.

Beautiful location and well maintained retreat center full of an abundance of nature, friendly staff, and excellent equipment. The dojo is pristine, offering high level training in both Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. To complement the training I took full advantage of both the exercise equipment and ice bath for recovery. JE is very near to the beach for some pristine surf as well as a yoga center. All in all, 5 star experience.

Amazing place just off the beaten tourist path. Sprawling (martial arts focused) campus but great for all types of travelers. From Jiu Jitsu, to yoga, surf, outdoor adventures or just chill, super cool place. Glamping to fully furnished apartments this place is really nice. People here couldnt be friendlier or more helpful.

Jungle's Edge was awesome. We are seasoned campers but we have never "glamped" and didn't know what to expect. All expectations were exceeded. Clean beds, full bathroom/showers, and mini kitchen in an adorable little jungle hut surrounded by howler monkeys and sounds of nature. The pool table was a hit with the kids; the food is great and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We'll be back!

We were welcomed from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. Nothing short of first class attention to kind and considerate service at all times by all staff. The food was amazing. Transport to/from Nosara was an easy walk and even easier ride with a tuk tuk. It was nice place to retreat to after a days experience of surfing, zip lining, touring and other adventures. The pizzas were awesome. Pura Vida all the way 🤟🏄‍♂️☕️
