Worst Premier Inn we have stayed in. Arrived 40 minutes before check in time due to worry free traffic and were advised that the room was ready but would still have to pay £10 to check in! Decided to go for food instead of paying the check in fee only to be advised they were not serving food all weekend to people who did not have booking due to supply issues. This meant we had to find somewhere else to eat. It would have been nice to have been notified by Premier Inn of this issue as we could have eaten elsewhere on journey. The customer service of the staff was unhelpful and not at all welcoming.

My wife and I unfortunately stayed on Saturday night after visiting the Christmas market in Nottingham. Having spent all day in the city centre we were very tired and checked in and went straight to our room, at a cost of nearly £150, the room looked very scruffy and only had one bedside table so had to use a chair on one side, as I said we were very tired so decided to watch the TV and retire to bed. The bed was ok and comfortable and the room was warm enough, it was the state of the bathroom that we first noticed, it was truly DISGUSTING, if I had been the manager I would have been embarrassed and ashamed to let anyone stay in this room. I have attached some photos, judge for yourself, would you pay good money for this? Now I understand why you have to pay upfront, they would be out of business if they hoped you were going to pay after staying in this dump. My advice, Do Not Book this place,

Great if a heavy sleeper, but amount of noise from corridors and car parks kept me up or woke me frequently until 1am and from 6am. Food at beefeater has very cheap ingredients, poor quality produce even given low price. All the meat tasted very cheap.

We arrived Friday night to the room at 24 degrees. With a fan already on. By the time we woke up saturday it was 25 degrees in the room. We were up and out at 07.00 with no one on the front desk to complain too. When we returned from our day out about 19.00 it was 26 degrees in our room. The window would only open 2 inches and had seperate internal glazing limiting any air flow. The saturday night we did not sleep at all. We were so uncomfortable we got out of bed at 5 am packed up and left. Again there was no know on the front desk to leave feedback with. Very disappointed in this stay and will not book nottingham west again.

Our experience was quite disappointing from the moment we arrived. Initially, our room was mistakenly assigned to someone else, and after nearly an hour of waiting, we were finally given a new room that was uninhabitable. It was infested with spiders and covered in cobwebs, and the bathroom was in a shocking state, with a significant amount of hair clogging the drain. The toilet was filthy, and the room itself was equipped with amenities more suitable for a family of four with young children, rather than for adult guests. Having stayed at many Premier Inn locations, I can confidently say that this was the worst experience I've encountered in my travels. If conditions do not improve, I will reconsider returning to this specific Premier Inn, or even to the Premier Inn brand as a whole.

Dirty bathroom, floor hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Food was very poor, continental breakfast was warmer than the hot buffet. Be careful that you do not end up in the annex as there is no lift. Although we are not disabled we struggle with stairs.

I felt completely disconnected from the hotel being in an annex at the back of the carpark, I did not feel safe and it was very obvious someone was smoking **** in the hotel and being asthmatic this isn’t ideal, there was some questionable stains in the room and the cleanliness wasn’t the best

Great stay. We arrived on the day they had just got some of their brand new rooms back. The team specially allocated us to the new rooms which made our stay. Will be staying again when in Nottingham. The new rooms are fresh and have everything we needed for the 1 night stay.

Look at them stains on the bedding! We have stayed here every year for 7 years, every April and won’t be doing so anymore. On arrival, our beds were not made and had to request some bedding at 11:30pm. This in fact was reported to the reception. (This took 30 minutes for someone to sort for us). Once someone arrived with bedding, we unravelled it to find this! ‘If you don't sleep well at a Premier Inn, you can claim a refund on the affected night as part of their "Good Night Guarantee". To do so, you should inform the reception team about the issue, and if they can't resolve it, they will guide you on how to make a claim’. We have followed each step as highlighted and requested a refund. I have been informed that their policy is that they only provide a refund if I notify the reception (which we did the morning after) but how are you supposed to notify the reception of a bad nights sleep until you wake up?

Mandy was really helpful and resolved a few issues straight away and it was lovely service Mandy realised that me and my colleague was working night shifts and put us in a quieter room so we could sleep throughout the day She made the stay very enjoyable

The hotel is really good and clean all the staff are very helpful but plus they also remindMandy and Ais on reception are really cheerful and help you a lot when booking in and showing what to do when you are on a meal deal or meal allowance and reminding you to book your car / van in

Very disappointing stay due to the building works being carried out and the inappropriate comments made by building contractors stating the noises they were making should wake people up. Sounded like they were about to come through the ceiling

Nice clean tidy hotel on the way in to Nottingham. Friendly front of house staff and a nice breakfast with plenty of choice of hot and cold food to start your day. No issues at all here would stay again. Nice touch to offer free refills in bar for kids soft drinks

This was my first stay in a Premier Inn and I was impressed with the size and quality of the room. The bed was comfortable, good size ensuite and TV. It had everything I needed for an overnight stay and staff were friendly. Overall a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
