Extremely comfortable and cute hotel, money grabbing for ammenities which is a bit of a shame and the restaurant has ridiculous prices, but overall good!

Worst Premier Inn we have stayed in. Arrived 40 minutes before check in time due to worry free traffic and were advised that the room was ready but would still have to pay £10 to check in! Decided to go for food instead of paying the check in fee only to be advised they were not serving food all weekend to people who did not have booking due to supply issues. This meant we had to find somewhere else to eat. It would have been nice to have been notified by Premier Inn of this issue as we could have eaten elsewhere on journey. The customer service of the staff was unhelpful and not at all welcoming.

My wife and I unfortunately stayed on Saturday night after visiting the Christmas market in Nottingham. Having spent all day in the city centre we were very tired and checked in and went straight to our room, at a cost of nearly £150, the room looked very scruffy and only had one bedside table so had to use a chair on one side, as I said we were very tired so decided to watch the TV and retire to bed. The bed was ok and comfortable and the room was warm enough, it was the state of the bathroom that we first noticed, it was truly DISGUSTING, if I had been the manager I would have been embarrassed and ashamed to let anyone stay in this room. I have attached some photos, judge for yourself, would you pay good money for this? Now I understand why you have to pay upfront, they would be out of business if they hoped you were going to pay after staying in this dump. My advice, Do Not Book this place,

Great if a heavy sleeper, but amount of noise from corridors and car parks kept me up or woke me frequently until 1am and from 6am. Food at beefeater has very cheap ingredients, poor quality produce even given low price. All the meat tasted very cheap.

We arrived Friday night to the room at 24 degrees. With a fan already on. By the time we woke up saturday it was 25 degrees in the room. We were up and out at 07.00 with no one on the front desk to complain too. When we returned from our day out about 19.00 it was 26 degrees in our room. The window would only open 2 inches and had seperate internal glazing limiting any air flow. The saturday night we did not sleep at all. We were so uncomfortable we got out of bed at 5 am packed up and left. Again there was no know on the front desk to leave feedback with. Very disappointed in this stay and will not book nottingham west again.

Our experience was quite disappointing from the moment we arrived. Initially, our room was mistakenly assigned to someone else, and after nearly an hour of waiting, we were finally given a new room that was uninhabitable. It was infested with spiders and covered in cobwebs, and the bathroom was in a shocking state, with a significant amount of hair clogging the drain. The toilet was filthy, and the room itself was equipped with amenities more suitable for a family of four with young children, rather than for adult guests. Having stayed at many Premier Inn locations, I can confidently say that this was the worst experience I've encountered in my travels. If conditions do not improve, I will reconsider returning to this specific Premier Inn, or even to the Premier Inn brand as a whole.

Dirty bathroom, floor hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Food was very poor, continental breakfast was warmer than the hot buffet. Be careful that you do not end up in the annex as there is no lift. Although we are not disabled we struggle with stairs.

I felt completely disconnected from the hotel being in an annex at the back of the carpark, I did not feel safe and it was very obvious someone was smoking **** in the hotel and being asthmatic this isn’t ideal, there was some questionable stains in the room and the cleanliness wasn’t the best

went to premier inn west nottingham by far the best experience ive had .the desk staff was amazing tina and mandy bent over backwards to help make our stay great and breakfast was really good and friendly and to jess , michelle and jeanette compliments to how u run ur hotel, never stopped helping guest 1 of the best ive been too ty we will be back mr a anderson

Wanted to write a review because we were so impressed by the service we received. Mandy helped us phoning around for another taxi after we were given a ridiculous quote, which she managed to get for us 50% cheaper. We also ended up booking an additional room during our stay and Mandy organized it so our rooms were together. Thank you so much for your help Mandy.

Absolutely exceptional afternoon staff (Abbie + Sharna) , super friendly and helpful , felt so welcome and homely under their care , nice atmosphere and set up , the tnt chanel in the restaurant/bar was most welcome

This premier inn was the cleanest premier inn I’ve been to in a long time the room was clean and spacious. All the staff were very friendly. It was nice a quiet at night time so we got a lovely sleep. I will stay again

i will definitely be returning to this premier inn. The staff were very kind and helpful when i had some questions. the room was beautiful and clean and the pillows are so comfy overall 10/10 will come back

Room was nice and clean, bed was fairly comfy. Food was good, but the drinks were a little expensive especially so far out of London.
