Our experience was quite disappointing from the moment we arrived. Initially, our room was mistakenly assigned to someone else, and after nearly an hour of waiting, we were finally given a new room that was uninhabitable. It was infested with spiders and covered in cobwebs, and the bathroom was in a shocking state, with a significant amount of hair clogging the drain. The toilet was filthy, and the room itself was equipped with amenities more suitable for a family of four with young children, rather than for adult guests. Having stayed at many Premier Inn locations, I can confidently say that this was the worst experience I've encountered in my travels. If conditions do not improve, I will reconsider returning to this specific Premier Inn, or even to the Premier Inn brand as a whole.

We stay with Premier at least 5 times a year which I know for some it isn't many but for us when you're travelling with a disabled family member it's enough. The issue with this Hotel is the size of the Room, the Wet Room and the positioning of the furniture. We need to use a hoist and there's just no way of getting this past the built in hanging space. The Wet Room itself is small or maybe just badly planned we just coudn't work it out.

Nottingham get away for a birthday weekend break somewhere me and my husband have never visited before had a very pleasant stay if your staying in the premier in west we discovered too late the tram station just across the road runs regularly and takes you straight to Nottingham town centre with plenty of stops along the way for you to get off if needed

easy to park on arrival, free parking. For some reason had two beds made in the room, not encountered this before for one guest. Hairs all over both beds. Water hot cold all the time, dangerous hot. Could hear other people in adjoining rooms as if they were in mine. Only good thing was Breakfast. Wouldn’t rush to go back.

Very welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere in the hotel and restaurant aswell. Huge and free of charge car park which is great!

This hotel is perfect for exploring Nottingham without being in the centre of the city. The tram link into the city is across the road which made it more exciting for the children and meant I didn't have to drive. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly and the attached beefeater had a play area for the children and did a great breakfast.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. It's a testament to the Premier Inn brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

In a ground floor room you can hear other customers walking about on the first floor - poor sound proofing. Also if you are near the stairs you can hear customers using the stairs.

All good , great location to get around , staff friendly , tram stop righ5 outside to get into city centre easy if you so wish

Great stay for a fishing trip,good safe parking friendly helpful staff,only issue I had was no air con after a very hot day but a fan was provided for some relief.

I booked this hotel because of its convenient location near to the Phoenix Park tram station with frequent trams to the Nottingham city centre. From there it is around a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Trent Bridge cricket ground.The hotel itself is the usual Premier Inn high standard for comfort and cleanliness. The only big drawback was the high temperature in the room as there was no air conditioning. Although a fan was provided it didn’t really help the situation as it was not possible to open the window very far to admit cooler air. Additionally the traffic noise was bad and the combination made for a poor night’s sleep.

Generally a good service. However the free wifi was very slow. I dont think you should have to pay for a good wifi facility, as there are many hotels i have stayed in with free wifi and excellent download capacity.
