The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel room clean and comfortable. A decent bar on site was handy for a nightcap and although there was a limited space on site car park I opted for the Q Park multi story 5 minutes away which allowed me to pre-book a slot so I didn’t have to worry about parking options.

Es ist ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit einer sehr guten Küche. In der Früh beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl an Essen, beim Frühstück sind sehr nette hilfsbereite Kellner die bereit sind dir zu helfen.

The pillows were so comfy, the bed was amazing!! (I need one in my house) Housekeepers did a brilliant job. Friendly staff and definitely would come back again to visit Nottingham! Thank you so much to all team, especially the housekeeping!

Good location and facilities, good welcome and value if you book in advance. Needs some tlc, lift out of order and air con needs sorting and more lick of paint x

Really good food! All the staff are lovely and the best service I’ve had in a while, the service for my food was quick and delivers with great presentation. I would recommend the lunch and pudding here as a group we all enjoyed our food! A massive shout out to pat! For being so kind and generous for doing this.

I had a meal at premiere inn, and I enjoyed every minute of it, the food was cooked to perfection, and the service was excellent, I will be recommending premiere inn to the world, I had a katsu curry and rice, the chicken was so succulent and tender and the rice was cooked to perfection, I also had a apple pie and custard which is new on the menu, it was lovely like grama made in the olden days, I loved my experience and will be returning in the future

Excellent value for money, very convenient for the location as we were visiting rock city, for a concert! It was only 5 mins walk. Staff vey friendly and courteous. The room was basic but clean, had a good night's sleep. There is a hairdryer in the room,which was helpful. Had the buffet breakfast in the morning, for 10.99 per person. Very tasty and good selection. Would definitely stay here again when visiting, all you need for a good weekend!

Great staff, Clean rooms and a yummy breakfast! We visited this hotel over the Easter holidays with two little ones! Location was perfect and not far to walk at all into town. When we arrived we were greeted by a young lad very welcoming. When we got to our room we had a little treat from Lizzy that was a real nice touch! Breakfast in the morning was great and the manager was very present who was also very nice didn't catch his name but came and asked how everything was and what we were up to. Will be here again next time we visit Nottingham

Great location - on the tram line and very close to the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed. Check in was efficient, as was check out. Coffee shop and restaurant on site. Room was clean and warm. Overall, I would recommend.
