由於車程的延誤，所以比較夜才入住，他們24小時可check in 服務很好，另外設施有泳池和健身室，還有cafe 和酒吧！撞啱歐洲杯賽，氣氛好好，下次再來，另外會推薦朋友

Really no bottle of water in the room. Room size was good enough. Hot water was good. Reception was nice. The carpet was too old to be cleaned. Heater was not that efficient that just better than nothing. Room located at different level which you feel get lost in the corridors😅

Brilliant hotel, always enjoy staying here and always return. The room is a fantastic and the staff are great.

Stayed last night really enjoyed it the rooms was lovely and clean and the beds are so comfortable had a great sleep

Evening meal was disgusting, drunken loud people, hot tub had a ring of scum round it. Fire alarm went off so had to stand in an unlit car park just after 12 midnight no hotel staff informed us of what was going on.

While we had an enjoyable stay I do have an issue with having to pay for on-site parking. This should really be included in the overall price. I also found the two pool attendants were rude. The lady accused the children I was with of running and "Bombing". Both of which they did not do and I would not have allowed this to happen as a Health & Safety professional.

I arrived early, as I was going to a cricket match and was told I'd have to pay for parking. Returned after the match and checked in etc, all good. Room was clean, bright but very warm, a fan was already on and moving around hot air, I opened both windows to get some airflow. I did sleep very well in the comfortable bed. All on all a pretty good stay.

All aspects of the hotel are very average from the staff to the rooms to the food in the restaurant especially for the price they charge. I was woken at 5.40am by the bottle bins being emptied under my window

Started badly with discovering its paid parking. Why? Never come across this before in an out of city centre hotel. Rooms not air conditioned. Ok, but also can only open windows an inch. So it was hot. Too hot. At least the 2am fire alarm provided an opportunity to cool down outside.

Service in the bar from trainees takes 10 mins longer than usual, waited 30 mins for a receptionist to show up, couldnt get into my room because i had 2 bookings which is super complicated

Terrible terrible terrible. They were fully booked and we never checked in. Receptionist was pig ignorant and rude beyond belief.
