On my way south, I booked one night in this B&B. When you arrive from the busy highway, you immediately come at ease of this calm and tranquil location. The room is typically French with good beds and nice bathroom. Breakfast was in one word fantastic. Crepe, croissant, baquette, fresh juice and coffee.

This was a stop off on the way further south just for one night and a perfect quiet, tranquil break from all the traffic on the drive down. About a 6 hour drive from the channel ports and a 10 minute detour from the route further south to Bordeaux and Spain. The hosts were welcoming and I am sure we will stop there again. Under cover parking in the barn was very useful as it rained heavily when we arrived

My insurance company found this B&B after I had a tyre blowout on the A10 in the middle of the night. I was given a very comfortable, well-appointed and beautifully-decorated room and shown every kindness, even though is was nearly 2 a.m. by the time I arrived. As I was waiting for the garage to fix my car, the owners invited me to share lunch with them and insisted I stay until the repairs were completed. This wasn't until late afternoon so I was able to stay in a warm, comfortable and welcoming home rather than a cold and draughty garage. I cannot thank the owners enough for their kindness and compassion and thoroughly recommend La Cle des Jardins as a stopover or holiday location.

Excellent acceuil de Sandrine avec gentillesse et bienveillance. Chambre confortable, propre, avec une très bonne literie. Un petit déjeuner fait maison, appétissant. Vous l’avez compris nous sommes enchantés de la clé des jardins, nous recommandons +++ ma famille et moi cet établissement.
