Bathroom is clean and new. The senior staff at breakfast was helpful. However one of the bed is not made properly. The bed sheet cover for that bed was old and not long enough to cover the duvet. Felt very odd. Hotel itself is a 10-15mins walk to promenade/ seaside.

Absolutely terrible, AVOID. Mark the waiter was nice, and the bar staff by the pool was too but I am disappointed by the reception staff and cleaners. On the last morning they’re knocking on the door from 8am even though we’re not due to check out til 10, then told me it’s because I didn’t put a dnd sign on the door. Cleaners haven’t been all week so we didn’t think we needed to put a sign on the door, just the worst way to end a holiday. Apparently if you turn the door handle it goes red so they know not to disturb you however there is nothing that explains this in the room so it’s ridiculous.

Hotel is very nice, clean, well-organized, and transparent. The surroundings are also beautiful, and the pool and sun loungers are very useful. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts and dinners are rich and varied, with something for everyone. They have prepared cycling routes, and you can rent bicycles at an affordable price. To the beach is a short walk, there is a shop, restaurants, taverns, etc. nearby.

Everything was amazing! The staff was kind and helped with everything. Will come again. Location is not next to the sea but everything is close and the pools are great. The only thing i would mention as a minus is the gym. I would say it needs an upgrade but this is only a minor inconvinience. Best regards

A new spa hotel close to the town of Novalja, Croatia. A basic room, spa facilities (only one sauna was in function), a restaurant (mostly empty, we were there out of season), simple breakfast, helpfull stuff. We were there by car so it was easy to visit some historical sights and other attractions, and get to the starting point of hiking tours.

My stay at Olea was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel’s elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. With its convenient location and outstanding service, Olea has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to the area 4 star. The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was that the chef sent us a dessert they had created that day. We were delighted.

Was here for 2 days. It is a modern new very clean and nice hotel. Staff was cool and we got all we needed from a nice modern spacious room to a great pool right outside. Breakfast is very nice. We were with a car so everything was close but you can even walk to the beach or the city of Novalja it is max 15 mins walk.

I attended this hotel with 2 friends for Hideout Festival 2023. I am not exaggerating when i say this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. The hotel is luxurious with clean and tidy rooms. The rooms are cleaned regularly and the staff are extremely friendly. Big shout out to Tiki behind the bar who made the stay at the pool even more enjoyable! The vibe at the pool is amazing with nice music being played all day, accommodating to the festival atmosphere! The vibe around the Pool is incredible with young people there to have a good time. I would say if you were a family to avoid the Hideout festival times as it may not suit you. The food is very good, only downside being breakfast is served 7-11 am. Would have been nicer if it had been served longer for the people getting in late after the festival! The location of the hotel is amazing with incredible views of the beach one side, and mountains on the other. The hotel is very modern and is very well maintained. There is free wifi which is very good and works a treat. Beds are comfy and rooms are very spacious. There’s nothing more we needed at all! I would 100% stay here again if i was to attend Hideout Festival in the future! Shops are around a 10 minute walk away, which isn’t nice with a hangover but this isn’t the hotels fault and wouldn’t cause me to downgrade my rating. Thanks again
