Holiday Inn Express 威克瑟姆(Holiday Inn Express Wixom)

Very disappointed in this hotel…they didn’t give us the room we reserved, the bathroom was dirty, we didn’t receive housekeeping and our room keys didn’t work. Loud guests well into the morning hours kept us awake and none of the staff seemed to care about any of these issues. Would not recommend staying at this property.

The night manager on 4/22/23 failed to enforce hotel policies regarding minors being supervised in the pool and spa. There was a huge group of preteen girls in the pool unsupervised and running through the corridors from 7:00-11:30 pm. Despite mentioning to the night manager that they were really noisy, nothing was said to them or their parents. At 1:15 am, a huge group of wedding attendees came back to the hotel drunk and were so loud in the lobby that they woke us up, then they preceded to wake others on the second floor near their rooms and get complaints well after 2:30 am. Despite calls to the reception desk, the drunk noisy guests were not asked to leave the hotel. At 4:30 am, a small group of the wedding guests went outside the hotel about 15 feet from our window and proceeded to drink and smoke/vape and talk loudly for a half hour. We got less than 3.5 hours of sleep as a result of the noise. At no time did the night manager actually enforce the hotel’s policies about unsupervised minors or noisy unruly guests. Extremely poor management: I let the front desk know upon checkout about how unhappy I was with the experience and the lack of sleep and have not been contacted by the general manager at all.

The hotel accommodated our needs but we were t impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. There were hand prints all over the room mirror and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the shower. We also never received new linen or room cleaned for our second night stay.

We had a great stay at this holiday inn! We checked in late at night and left the next day, but the facility was super clean and friendly staff. Bed was super comfy and they had a delicious spread of hot or cold food in their breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend!

Not the cleanest room. Breakfast tasted ok, but it destroyed my wife’s stomach. Room is extremely small, especially the bathroom.

Room and service and breakfast was great. Noise was an issue since we were by the elevator. The hot tub was not very warm and it was extremely dirty. The pool needed to be a bit warmer.

The person working front desk was not very friendly or welcoming. I use to come to this hotel all the time I am a ihg member but after this last experience I probably won’t be returning.

Phyllis at the front desk was awesome and very patient when I screwed up telling her the reservation was under my name when it was under my husband's!

The rooms were great bed was very comfy the pool and hot tub was a plus for the kids breakfast was awesome The only thing i didnt like was there was no water pressure in the shower but other then that our 2 night stay was great
