If you think you've ever been in the worst hotel in the world, this should be the one, for sure. I travel a lot, and been staying in so many hotels, but this was totally another level and unexpected for a three star hotel. First, the receptionist were not speaking a word of English, super arrogant and unwelcoming. There was just one elevator working, out of 4, super dirty hallways, walls are stained, dusty. The room, oh, the room, like i said another level. Super dusty, filthy bathroom, sheets covered in stains. I slept with my hoodie on, i couldn't even put my head on the pillow. To make things worse, you can not open the windows, the air conditioning system was not working and also the fridge was hot as a stove, useless. The beverages inside were literally hot. The hotel is in the heart of the city, but don't get tricked by this, you gonna have your worst experience down there. Save yourself some slack and find a cheaper one nearby, at least it's way better. -5 star.
A hotel with a modern design, very central placed in Novi Sad. Good cuisine, generous room space, nice equiped (TV set, large bed, large bathroom). Nice amenities. Kind staff. All in all, this hotel offers good quality at a reasonable price.
Rada & Milan stayed at the hotel in October for 3 days, on level 3. They were impressed with the service and the staff who were very polite and helpful, especially with one of the waiters (Boldy) Mr Nenad - Neso who gave us all the information where to go and what to visit. We are planning to go next year and will be staying again at this lovely hotel. The apartment was great with lovely views. Really happy with our choice and met some lovely local people. Highly recommend this great hotel.
We had quite a bumpy start to our trip in NS, where we had originally planned to stay in an Airbnb. However, we got there and realized that would be a big mistake. We quickly pivoted to the Sheraton. We landed up without any booking, and they were very happy to accommodate us, which was a blessing given we have two young children. The stay was very memorable for the whole family. What stood out was the newness of the property, and above all, the excellent staff. In particular, Ivana at the front desk took great care of us. She personally took it upon herself to make sure we had a comfortable stay, which made the trip all the better. Is included giving us tips about how to get around the city and suburbs. This was the elite level of service I have received from personal butlers at Saint Regis! Pros: - Fantastic staff, for example, Ivana at front desk and Alexander in restaurant - the property is brand new or renovated and has the latest Tech and great materials - Beautiful views - great gym - Good buffet Cons - a bit far from city center, but you can take a $5 taxi or $2 bus and get there in 20 mins - No pool Overall, highly recommended. This as a model for Marriott stuff!
We spent overnigh in the Boutique Hotel Arta while passign through Novi Sad, Serbia. It exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally beautiful, with a modern chique design. Room and bathroom were spotelss clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and all foods delicious. Staff speak English. The hotel has its own inside parking. Our car was parked a few steps from our door which is wonderful when you have luggae and it's so easy to move it from the car to the room. Nearby there are bakeries and pizza restaurants and take aways open until very late at night. We will definitely go back next time we pass through Novi Sad.
