Superbe hôtel et Superbe séjour en amoureux. Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel. Petit bémol pour l'ascenseur qui est en panne depuis un moment en lisant les commentaires. Le spa mériterait un rafraîchissement et les jus de fruits pourraient être frais et non pas d'une machine. Cela n'enlève à rien du rapport qualité prix. Si nous avons l'occasion d'y revenir nous y séjournerons à nouveau.

Netter und Unkomplizierter Empfang, große Zimmer mit Meer/ Hafenblick,ruhige Lage,Parken Vorort,Frühstück sehr Reichhaltig, Tolle Terrasse, und sehr schöne Spazierwege in der nahen Umgebung des Hotel‘s. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen wieder!

I have spent a week in the beautiful Hotel Nautica as a part of my Europian tour, and it just felt like home. Starting from the cleanliness of the room, where nice cleaning ladies made my bed every day, followed by the friendliest reception staff who patiently answered all of my questions and recommended amazing places to go, foods to try and gave me local tips on Novigrad and surrounding area. The breakfast was dreamy: fresh eggs, pancakes, sweets or salty things: whatever you want-they have. I would highly recommend this place and will for sure be back again! 

What a location for visiting Novigrad! Parking, a pleasant short walk to downtown, and views over the large marina from our terrace. The room was very spacious, large sitting area with a small fridge, nice bathroom, large bedroom - and all with views (even a small window in the bath). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we asked advice about which wineries to visit. The selection of breakfast items was generous, we said it was a German-style breakfast: cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, cereals, yogurts, sausages, pastries and breads - and you can make your own espresso or Americano coffee, as well as having a choice of teas. We would have given a five-star rating except for the lack of air conditioning two of the four nights we stayed. Apparently we arrived just as the heat system was being switched to air conditioning and there was a glitch; not the hotel's fault but it was 26 degrees C in our room two. nights, and with no screens we didn't want to open windows. Everything else was wonderful, though, and we would stay here again.

La pulizia approssimativa della camera , la moquette rovinata e la scarsa manutenzione passano in secondo piano rispetto alla scortesia di alcuni membri dello staff. In occasione del check in nessuno ci dice entro che ora la camera deve essere lasciata il giorno dopo, nè trovo messaggi in camera o altro. Poiché la colazione termina alle 11 suppongo che l’orario sia quello o immediatamente successivo. Mentre con la mia famiglia (mamma e due figlie di 6 e 12 anni) alle 10 45 sto terminando la colazione ci raggiunge un membro dello staff che ci dice che dobbiamo subito lasciare la camera. Non terminiamo quasi la colazione e ci affrettiamo. All’uscita alle 11 15 la sorpresa: il conto ci è stato maggiorato del 50%. Ovviamente mi arrabbio e chiedo di ridurre la penalità. Ottengo in cambio un atteggiamento molto scortese e offensivo di quella che apparentemente è la manager e soprattutto più insinuazioni su “noi italiani”. Lo sconsiglio veramente soprattutto ai connazionali.

We always like to return in this high class hotel - especially during the winter time to enjoy its spa amenities, saunas, pool and most of all spacious rooms. But real gem is their restaurant Navigare, where you will indulge your tang buds – their chef is just amazing in preparing vegan and also “normal” food. So, don’t hesitate if you want an intimate environment with you loved one :-)
