普瑞米爾考文垂市 - 厄爾斯登公園(Premier Inn Coventry City (Earlsdon Park))

All aspects of my 5 day stay at this Premier Inn were excellent. Particular highlights were the helpfulness of the staff and the fact that all aspects of my stay were as advertised. For example, the food was produced quickly, tasty and good value. It is not fine dining but even when the inn was full on one night, service was quick and both breakfast and evening meal were very good. The room was quiet, if warm due to the absence of air conditioning. Great place to stay for work and easy walking distances to independent restaurants if you fancy a change.

The hotel is in the old technical college, which is still open to students in what is an area called the Butts. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and trust me I check! Parking was epic, (but Premier do not own the car parks so no fault of the hotel). I downloaded the app but it just wouldn't work. There is a multi story car park nearby also. It is easy to walk into town, 10 minutes. The best bit (apart from having a bath in the room, and a decent TV with normal TV channels and good wifi) was the staff! Sharon and Har**** were amazing, they work very hard, doing everything from running the bar, to breakfasts, booking in, sorting out guests, rooms, the restaurant, and everything in between. All done quietly and efficiently, so be kind to them. The only negative thing is a fresh lick of paint on the skirting boards is needed. Premier work their staff hard, but nothing was too much for them, so thank you, and we will see you again soon!

My first time in Coventry and in a Premier Inn ; I have been very pleased. A large pleasant double room, clean and in working order. Very comfy bed and good size bathroom with soft towels. The staff were polite and helpful. A big thanks in particular to Alex H. for his efficiency, professionalism and friendly manners ; clearly a gentleman that take proud on delivery excellent service. I will be back soon.

Har**** and Narjee were wonderful host very polite and helpful unfortunately there was nothing on the menu my husband ate only chips and onion rings also the room we ate in was cold and the toilets were not very clean

We visited here for a quick dinner before going to the theatre next door.Service was slow and we waited 30 mins for food to come out, so only just finished in time for theatre. Food was good and price was not too bad at all.It wasnt very busy at all, but was quite slow serving.

Premier Inn is fantastic. So close to everything. It is so quiet at night I slept sound. Staff are lovely and so efficient. I would recommend this for value also. Sharon was particularly lovely and helpful. We were at the National Drama Festival so the hotel is so handy for this as it is in the same complex. I would stay here again for definite.

We stayed for three nights whilst attending the National Drama Festival which was next door, at the Albany Theatre, The hotel was perfectly located for this, being part of the same building complex as the theatre. We had a lovely three days in a spacious and comfy room. We slept really well in a great bed. The staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were good and the location meant we could explore the city when not at the drama festival. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay again if/when we are next in Coventry.

Premier Inn (Earlsdon Park) was closed enough for our weekend sporting tournament (Skydome). It was basically just a 10/15 minutes walk. There were shops around for food, necessities and entertainment. Car park was just the building next to it. For us, everything needed was within reach, which was a big bonus.

We stayed as a large group to attend a taekwondo competition at the weekend. The hotel is situated next to the SkyDome arena so it is a great location if you are attending an event there. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond at all times, especially Sarah and Alex! They were so helpful and we will definitely be staying again in the future. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
