塔沃拉卡爾達酒店(La Tavola Calda Hotel)

I have travelled all over the world and have never had such a bad experience staying over at a hotel. The photo's on the website are nothing like the hotel. In reality, it is shabby and disgusting. I thought I had found a good hotel that was reasonably priced that i could use when visiting relatives in the midlands. I would never recommend this place and would never use it again. I also need to mention I was awoke at 1.30am in the morning to 3 police officer trying to gain entry into the secured building by nearly putting the door through whilst banging on it. They were looking for a 18 year old man I know this as they woke me up banging on my hotel room door....frightend yes, angry yes, did I sleep again....NO

Absolutely disgusting. So dirty we had to go and buy cleaning products. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was disgusting. I’d advise not to take children or elderly here! Some of the staff did try their best and almost apologised for the state of the place and the staff that weren’t as polite.

NOT A HOTEL!!! Not a pleasant place to be. An effort is being made but no attention to detail. Kettle filthy with a repulsive smell. This was replaced. No daily housekeeping, however, bin emptied daily.

Better to forget quickly as possible! The person meet me was so surprised as me. With NO ENGLISH, but bengal or some Asian language he try to help ;) There was too dark to see all dirties on a corridors, but have a picture on USED PAMPERS, left ON A TABLE in the “restaurant”. The towel on a bed was left WET, same as the cushions, the bed linen’s was not changed, and the small radiator was not enough to keep that small room even worm. Black and yellow moulds all around “wet room” and window, tea can not changed. In the morning all my body hurts, but only in the morning is possible to see all the tragedy around. And there is not option for refund on the beginning. I know only one more Helloween-horror-like “hotel” like this, also Indian, but most important is who gives them that stars and whom suits that “comfort “!?

There's no on site parking. The place is a complete dump. Seems the bar and restaurant underneath have long since been closed and they only do rooms. Its a bodge job from start to finish.

The worst play EVER experienced. Words actually cannot describe how dire this location is. Should be shut down. No service, no care. Felt unsafe. The list is endless - going to Trading Standards regards this property.

Booked through work by looking on *********** and the picture I was sent of what the outside was supposed to look like reassured me my trip would be a good one…… oh how I was wrong I arrived after finishing work that day and was met with a shabby looking building, my room with a TV with exposed wires, no heating but a little tiny heater and the sheets on the bed absolutely filthy resulting in me finding somewhere else to go as I could not stay here. DO NOT!!! Stay in this hotel it is not worth the money or the disappointment, should be shut down if you ask me utterly disgusting!!!

Was told I had to be out of the room earlier than the booking time and one of the staff came banging on my door while still asleep to “remind me” that I needed to be out on time

Well would be a lot better if hotel was still operating and not closed for good. Instead was left trying to get somewhere nearby at 8 o'clock at night .
