Chegamos nesse hotel por volta das 13:30 e a senhora da recepção por sinal muito simpática nos disse que tentou entrar em contato com a gente mas como o hotel foi reservado por nossa agente de viagens ela não tinha como nos contatar. Ela queria nos avisar que a recepção do hotel só funciona até as 15 horas e depois é feito um tipo self check in. O curioso desse hotel é que vc fica com uma chave que é a chave da porta do seu quarto e também a chave do hotel isso mesmo a chave do hotel. Se vc chega da rua após as 15 horas vc pega sua chave abre a porta do hotel onde está a recepção sem ninguém pega o elevador e usa a mesma chave para abrir a porta do seu quarto (não é um cartão magnético é uma chave mesmo). Café da manhã muito bom os funcionários muito legais. O único problema desse hotel é que não tem a/c e setembro ainda faz um calor razoável em Nuremberg e as janelas só abrem uma frestinha. Eles poderiam fornecer um ventilador no verão.

Great location--don't book here with a car however! Wheelchair accessible although the rooms are small. There is a place near the front desk where you can park it and walk to the elevator about 10 feet away. Super helpful front desk staff. NOTE: the staff leaves about noon, so do not have any problems after that time. Nice breakfast. Lumpy pillows.

located in the historic town, it's a great place to explore it and get to know less touristy bars and eateries. hotel is basic. has a good buffet breakfast and a lovely patio to enjoy it. rooms are no thrills. service is ok and has suffered due to pandemic. as in all of Nuremberg, prices vary madly if there is a trade fair, with family tourists suffering steep prices.

Lovely cosy hotel located in the historic centre of Nuremberg. The rooms are very comfortable, well laid out and clean. The staff are professional and friendly and provide a high level of customer service. The leisure area includes a pool, sauna and fitness section. The pool size was comparable to that of other 4 star hotels in the city and was very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was very tasty and varied and was served in a lovely historic dining room that featured a fantastic mural on human rights. Loved this hotels non-discrimination policy. Thank you for some old normal Burghotel 👍

This is an exceptional hotel--clean, comfortable, with friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. It's located in the Old Town in a picturesque locale steeped with history. Close to restaurants and shops and the Hauptmarkt and near all the sites and action. Wonderful hotel.

Had a blast! Hotel close to Christmas market and castle; most everything in walking distance. Bed and room comfortable. Nice shower. Fast internet. Friendly staff and great breakfast ootions. Will definitely stay again!
