Spacious, family‑friendly layouts: Suites with 2 bedrooms, full kitchens, washer/dryer—great for extended families or staycations. Convenience of location (Hard Rock Café downstairs, close to Legoland).
But the sofa really needs an upgrade for better comfort and cleanliness. A newer or firmer set would really improve the guest experience.

不錯的兩房公寓。價格在這個地段有點高，周圍沒什麼其他設施，除了靠近樂高樂園，樓下是堅硬的岩石。如果沒有交通工具，來這裡不太方便。

寬敞的大廳設有 2 間臥室和 2 間浴室、1 張加大雙人床和 1 張大床。特大號床臥室配有大浴缸。
飯店毗鄰弗雷澤廣場 在斯沃琪咖啡館享用早餐。每人 55 令吉。值得。
陽台可欣賞部分海景，中間可欣賞建築景觀。
建築物的外觀牆可以重新粉刷，以煥然一新。
洗衣機兼烘乾機 大冰箱 有爐子，但沒有鍋碗瓢盆 接待人員非常友善熱情

My second stay here, but this time with my mother in law side. Clean but my sister in law saw a cockroach. Previous stay there was a mushroom lol. But overall not dusty.

Pinetree is kids friendly hotel and so convenient for shopping and many cafe around customer service very prompt and helpful all staff are friendly will definitely be back again. The view from the living watching sunset

地理位置優越，適合安靜的度假。
問題是房間非常陳舊 - 沙發狀況很差，浴室裡有髒再生水的味道。
提供的設施也比我上次來的時候少了很多——現在需要花 100 令吉買酒杯！這不是押金，而是一筆預付款，這並不令人愉快。
請預訂鄰近的 Fraser 飯店。

Good size apartment.
However the toilet cleanliness is questionable. Moldy shower floors and corners. Bad sewer stench coming out of both toilets / drains in toilets were unbearable. Saw a review about the smell back in January. Would have thought it would be rectified by March (2 whole months) Nope!
Have stayed in this hotel a few times before and enjoyed our stays until this time round. Don’t think I’d be back.
