We had fantastic time at Firsmead & i really appreciate that the management did allow us to bring our Husky over there. Beautiful property with convenient location and picturesque view! The propert is well maintained & very clean with spacious rooms. Staff was very attentive, i would give them 10/10 , the little details like beautiful table setting is very warm and welcoming! Last but no least, hats off to chef 👏🏻 OMG he is so good👌🏻👌🏻 food was divine !! Both western and Sri Lankan cuisine was top notch👌🏻 We would definetly come back again & i can honestly say that this is the most well maintained bungalow in the entire Nuwaraeliya!!

We arrived later than planned and were immediately greeted by staff who handled our bags, provided tea, served a delicious meal in the lovely dining room. Our room was beautiful. Luxurious bedding, turndown service, fireplace, terrace. The following days, revived, we alternately explored the botanical gardens, a Hindu Temple and the city while also spending time relaxing at Firsmead. We had a driver, but I feel sure the hotel staff would have helped with arrangements. Would love to return one day. Very reminiscent of England yet very Sri Lankan. Lovely.

Our experience at Firsmead was exceptionally good. We were taken care very courteously by Mohan (Manager of the property), Ragu ( our kind hearted butler) and Sozya (our assistant). The food was exceptionally great, fresh and full of taste. Special thanks to our chef -Manoharan for making our stay more enjoyable. The location was large and spacious and the indoor pool was beyond perfect. The view from room was excellent and the facilities were very good. Overall We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Thank you for a memorable stay.
