Beautiful property - Garden outside and nice common area. Rooms are big and comfortable. Decent breakfast and at good location - short walk away from city complex and post house etc. Friendly and helpful staff

Photos are highly deceiving. Breakfast quality is questionable. It is recycled and very limited options. Hand wash sink floods, hot water shower needs to be held throughout. Rooms are not cleaned. Bed sheets are not changed. Rooms need vacuuming and moping. Very noisy. One can hear all the conversations held in the lobby into your room. Room woods are filthy and creaking. Dinner can't be served if you don't place your order by 6:30 pm.

Picturesque stay in a very gorgeous area. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, got us a local cab to sightsee at a cheap rate. If you are staying here do not miss the high tea at Grand Hotel which is at walking distance from Hill cottage.

The staff is friendly and professional. The location is amazing and the garden is well maintained. Rooms are clean and spacious. Do not forget to enjoy their complimentary breakfast with Sri Lankan and English food varieties. For lunch and dinner you can visit Grand Indian or Grand Thai which are just about walking distance.

Immenses chambres très confortables. Grande salle de bains qui mériterait une petite rénovation. Repas du soir servi à table très complet. Petit déjeuner en buffet. L'hôtel est situé dans un joli jardin, qui permet de se poser dans le calme.

Hill Cottage is a very beautiful and relaxing place to spend your vacation. It is also suitable for children as it has a beautiful private garden. Sitting in the garden in the cold morning and enjoying the sweetness of a cup of coffee was an experience that made us forget the busy life a little. The staff led by Frank and Shiva were very friendly. A place to recommend to anyone without any hesitation

Heartwarming stay in a lovely & beautiful cottage in Nuwara Eliya. Excellent and super friendly staff. Wonderful large room and very nice garden. They are so helpful with all kind of travel recommendations. We will definitely come back here. Thanks a lot for this unique experience.

Charmant hôtel avec un très beau jardin , la chambre est immense et très propre les repas excellents et très copieux une adresse à ne pas oublier nous y avons passé une nuits avons pris deux repas et un petit déjeuner et nous serions restés volontiers un peu plus merci à nos hôtes Francoise Patrice

This is the best place in Nuwara Eliya, the manager Frank and all the staff including Ajith, Shiva, Dilshan provide excellent service, it really feels like home, this is the third time I have visited this year.
