Hotel Nyack, A Joie de Vivre Hotel by Hyatt

Second stay was just as terrific as the first. My new go to hang & stay spot.

We had a very nice stay and the staff was very accommodating. Our room was super clean, very comfortable, and well decorated. The food at the restaurant was delicious and they had fun, unique events going on all weekend in the common spaces. The only downsides were the sliding “barn door” on the bathroom (pet peeve of mine), and the fact the hotel is a bit away from downtown Nyack and up a very steep hill. If you don’t have a car, it’s a workout. I’d stay here again though and would recommend to others.

The room was a bit noisy. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as hoped. But the service is excellent. Thomas as the bar deserves a big shout out. Food is great. Lounge areas are very relaxing. Overall a very good hotel.

While I was not impressed with hotel itself having travelled extensively for business I can honestly say I was blown away by the staff. From Erica in the Farm restaurant to Debra at the front desk each encounter was great and truly left us smiling, happy and feeling genuinely impressed. While not in the staffs control, we had a problem with the dim lighting in the room. The caring way that the staff handled our concern, was stellar. We had, what we felt, was a 3 star hotel with a 5 star staff.

Great property, Clean Rooms everything was great. The only issue I had was when I opened my window and saw Tombstones.

The hotel was very nice! Our room was nice and huge! The only thing we would have to say just a very very slight dissatisfaction of was the water pressure of the shower, as well as hot water. The pressure was minimal and the hot water could have been hotter. Other then that. No complaints and would recommend this hotel to others as well as go there again The front desk associate was very delightful and made us feel welcomed. :)

My daughter needed a place to stay very last minute for a few days. The staff went above and beyond to make her happy while she was there we will book here again next time we are in the area.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone is so sweet they have a mini bar and very quiet at night
