We really enjoyed our stay at Mantis Epic Hotel and Suites. The highlight of the stay was all of the activities that we could take part in. Our favorite activity was the Pastoral Experience. We enjoyed milking cows, and learning about how a cattle farmer works everyday. We also visited the local village and fed the fish. The enthusiastic and knowledgeable activities director and tour guide Olivier taught us many things about culture and wildlife in our activities. The food at the restaurant is great and the staff is all really kind. This is a great place to stay and relax for a couple nights after a safari in Akagera.

Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour, acceuil et service parfait, je recommande sans hésiter. Le personnel est très à l'écoute des clients, et le service est très rigoureux. Nous avons voulu faire des activités pour visiter le pays et l'hôtel et le personnel nous a conseillé et organisé l'ensemble de ces dernières. Je voudrais remercier en particulier olivier qui nous a organisé l'intégralité du safari (Akagera National Park), de façon à ce que tout se déroule dans les meilleures conditions; c'est vraiment très plaisant d'avoir du personnel aussi professionnel et sympathique. Je recommande également la boutique de souvenirs dans laquelle j'ai pû acheter beaucoup de souvenirs authentique "Made in Rwanda". Concernant l'environnement, l'hôtel est splendide avec sa piscine, salle de jeu, salle de musculation, salle de massage, salles de conférence et j'en passe. Les repas sont également excellents, nous avons un choix à la carte de tout type de plats locaux; du déjeuner au dîner tout est excellent, en quantité et surtout tout ce que l'hôtel propose est de qualité. Merci pour encore pour l'accueil, je recommande sans hésitation.

Oliver was the best! So nice! He took time to show us all pictures of his gorilla trek and tell us about his experiences. Now we are looking forward to our trip even more! The hotel took great care of our entire group. I hope to come back and visit again soon. Thank you Oliver!!

It was so expensive. Yet, there was only 33cl x 2 bottle of water in room. I asked for more they wanted me to pay. How was I supposed be hydrated by 66 cl water?? Breakfast was so poor: no cucumber, no cheese(one type only), breads were not fresh. I barely had breakfast. It was quite difficult to place an order, and even though we asked to have our order double-checked multiple times, we often ended up receiving the wrong meals products The sauna was not sufficient. There was no sandglass, it's door broken(can not be closed properly). Because of mosquitos I couldn't enjoy balcony, couldn't open windows at night, not enjoy fresh air that that beautiful country. I asked for mosquito net to attach the balcony door. They didn't care at all. Though Iaundry was not included. At least 3 pieces in a day could be complimentary. Although the hotel is within the Accor All and we made the reservation directly through the hotel, my account does not show any record of my stay.

Zeer mooie omgeving, rustig. Uistekende service, vriendelijk, lekker eten, ruime kamers, groot zwembad etc ... great. Zelfs met vuurwerk op oudejaarsavond !

Très bon accueil lors d'un voyage professionnel dans le Nord du Rwanda Merci à Venuste et Sandra pour leur gentillesse durant le séjour. Hôtel très propre bien situé. Je recommande cet hôtel Mantis du groupe Accor que je ne connaissais pas.
