酒店環境不錯，就是房間地毯返潮，有一些味道，希望能處理改進一下，早餐也挺豐富的，午餐和晚餐種類可以點的品種有些單子，太少了，希望再多增加一些海鮮意麪披薩之類的

Atendimento bom, sempre prestativos... Temperatura óptima e paisagem deslumbrante... Têm de melhorar na comida... Mas em geral optimo lugar pra descansar e relaxar....

The hotel was very clean but the restaurant service was not the best. Perhaps it is because I stayed there during the triathlon… very busy period

The location is stunning and some of the historical architecture/features that remain are nice however it's a hotel that is in need of a breath of life. The staff are friendly but lack urgency. There was a conference running as well as a triathlon being prepared for during our visit there, it's possible that this affected the mood/function of the staff. The restaurant was very average, especially considering the prices. The amenities such as the pool are clean and well maintained - but very dated, just like the hotel itself. There is a bit of a retro charm to it all. Overall I think that it's fine - just fine, but for the price of a room or a meal it really should be doing a lot more to ensure that visitors and guest feel they're getting their money's worth,

A very good and peaceful place for those who want to relax in an environmentally friendly place. The facilities and service are very good. Friendly staff who are able to give information when asked. Restaurant staff and management were always available to ask the quality of meals and service.

The resort is beautiful. But the restaurant service is horrible! The staff had so much attitude and was rude. We waited an hour for our food and then when paying the bill we waited another hour just to get our change back. However the staff who assisted us with paddling was very lovely.

I enjoyed my stay. I found the location and manner in which the hotel was run to be exceptionally peaceful. The location is wonderful and the staff couldn't do enough to make my stay very pleasant.

The location is good just that the road is now having pot holes in some parts so perhaps you should consider corporate social responsibility by rehabilitating some parts of the road

Generally i liked the place. However I didn't like carpets, I liked the hospitality from all staff. It was great to be there .

Beautiful, cozy resort with warm service, would definitely recommend it and would definitely visit again.

Rundown hotel, we had a room with a view, but the rooms are a bitt tattered. The hotel needs a renovation. Restaurant is really bad! Food is overpriced, waiters have no clue what to do, atmosphere is awful and the overall experience is terrible. Cold steak, which was reheated and then well done. Average supermarket wines go for 35 USD, food is tasteless and lacked every finesse. There are apparently very nice small lodges in the neighborhood, go there. This is overpriced, rundown and the food is not good.

We had the worst service ever from this resort. We made a non refundable online booking through ******* for 2 rooms. On our way we routinely called them to notify them of our early arrival and they claimed they were fully booked. After several calls involving ******* and the resort; they finally agreed to give us the rooms. On arrival we only got one room and the reservation lady was so unapologetic and we had to stand our ground for them to finally give us our second room. How they manage to keep reservations line open on ******* even after our fiasco is still a bother to me. What about if other guests fall into the same trap as us? I would not recommend anyone to book this place on online booking platforms. You will have to fight for your paid accomodation. Overally the resort has a great ambiance and the grounds are well manicured with great views nestled among mountains and pine trees. The restaurant staff is amazing but the food is just average.

We visited troutbeck coming from nyanga mountains as we could not go to the mountains due to bad weather so we came to troutbeck and again could not do activities due to heavy rain which we understood and it was no bodies fault so we arrived at the troutbeck hotel and at first was greeted and directed to seat then we had a spot of lunch a starter and a main meal which was fine but we asked for drinks and they did not do drinks for us we went to the bar our selves to get drinks and my main dish was poorly cooked like it had been rushed or pre cooked from before and heated up I cud not finish it was too much cheese,no one came to check if our food was ok after we finished the waitress came straight away and said are you ready to pay did not ask if our food was ok or could I get you anything else just wanted us to pay straight away I was the one who gave the waitress feedback on my food if she came earlier asked how my food was I'm sure it would of been corrected and they would of exchange my meal or cooked another with less cheese and when it came to saying bye to everyone it was like we was not there no one replied until we was almost out the door I thought the experience would of been better but unfortunately customer service not good at all.
