聖路易斯奧法倫德魯裏套房酒店(Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis/O'Fallon, IL)

Staff is very friendly, courteous and accomodating. They were very considerate to the needs of our group, having to try to celebrate a young life after our 29-year-old nephew suddenly past away. We were all grieving but the staff was very gracious and sympathetic to our needs.

We have been very pleased with the last three Drury Inns we have stayed in. Very clean and staff is very respectful. I have to say again, CLEAN. The breakfast is pretty good as well. It’s not mamas cooking but it beats any other hotel food I have ever eaten! We typically don’t leave reviews on websites but, we had to leave one for our go to hotel!! We will definitely be back.

Love staying here! The staff is always very friendly. The “Kick Back Reception” each evening was well staffed (even in Chris**as Eve and Chris**as Day! The manager made his rounds visiting each table and wishing us happy holidays. Each staff member we encountered acknowledged us and was quite kind. 10 out of 10 will stay again.

Just a quick overnight stay while we were nearby for a wrestling tournament for our son. Several members of the team stayed and it was a very pleasant experience. Very clean and comfortable. Room was cozy and beds were big. The only suggestions I have are that they need USB ports in the room. We had charging blocks but could have used a couple more ports. Second, breakfast on the weekends doesn't start until 7:00. We had to leave by 6:30. This is a typical timeframe for a hotel but I wish the breakfast was offered earlier. Very, very minor changes that would have made it perfect but this was a great stay and we will 100% be back next year!

Very friendly a**osphere. Staff was helpful and courteous. Beds were comfortable. The shower was awesome. .Breakfast was really tasty My only complaint would be that the electrical plug-in by the bathroom sink did not work and the bathroom sink was clogged. Other than that, I will be staying at this Drury Inn again. Thank you!

The stay and staff were wonderful except for the one staff member that charged our credit card for items we didn't buy. He charged us over $167 and now I have an additional charge for $580.

The hotel has excellent decor from the roomy lobby to the rooms. The staff from the front desk to breakfast servers, were friendly and met our needs. The breakfast was hot and restaurant quality. We will stay again!

Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved the afternoon “Kickbacks”. After driving all day, having a hearty snack bar was so convenient. Will definitely look for the chain again.

This was a stop on a cross country trip. The hotel was fantastic. It was exceptionally clean. The room was very comfortable. The food and drinks were excellent and the staff were very personable and friendly. Highly recommend.
