Every staff was so helpful & kind for us to had comports while we were there for our vacation. We will definitely going back when we visit in Hawaii

So bad really bad! No one answer the phone. If you have something wrong no one you can reach ! How can a hotel on **********!

The hospitality of the staff was the most valuable and memorable aspect, arrival, departures, attention and courtsey.

The room was beautiful and the staff were proficient, professional and very attentive.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There is also a small market right next to the hotel so it's easy to purchase a few items for use in the kitchen. The room was spacious and very clean. The view was wonderful overlooking some of the city and the ocean and the bed was so very comfortable. We loved lounging by the pool and the service poolside was amazing. The hotel is only about two blocks from the beach and is surrounded by places to shop and wonderful dining options. The staff helped us rent a wheelchair that was easy to maneuver around the property and also fit well in our room. Highly recommend staying here.

This was my second time visiting The Ritz there. Comparing it to the first time, this time I felt I’m not at the same location. It was in the beginning of September and it looked like people working there were still overwhelmed from the busy summer. Everyone was kinda cold and lost a personal touch. Maybe they were understaffed. Definitely not my problem!!! They also changed the signature RC toiletries. Towels looked worn out and felt rough and scratchy. 5 star hotel…. No way Jose!

The property and amenities are in top notch condition. 5 star service, great and convenient location. Everything is great, excellent bed and linens. I will definitely come back without a doubt.

Excellent and prompt service. Our room was cleaned immaculately everything day. The hotel staff was very service oriented. The Concierge was also very helpful.

3rd time visiting and will be back!
