卡爾頓奧克帕克酒店(Carleton of Oak Park)

The Carleton was just what I expected, and so much more! The Staff was welcoming and responded positively to every request. I will definitely stay there again!

Overall, I had a nice stay. The staff was helpful and very professional. I did have a small issue with the plumbing. Apparently, while I was gone during the day, water backed up through the sink and overflowed onto the floor to the point that it reached the carpet just outside the bathroom. As I was checking out the next morning and needed to get to bed right away, I let the staff know, but declined a maintenance call. I feel confident that they will have resolved the issue after I checked out, and this would not affect my staying with them in the future.

I usually request a room on second floor due to being trapped in their elevator 5 yrs ago. But there was a wedding & the wanted to buffer the noises; it worked out OK.

This was the perfect place to stay. Restaurants, CTA, grocery stores, parks, shopping, and family all in walking distance. The hotel consists of 3 different buildings: The main Carleton and the Plaza Hotel are joined and there is a separate motor lodge. We had a king in the Plaza. The room was spacious with a small kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, pod coffee maker, dishes and utensils). The bed was incredibly comfortable. There’s also 2 restaurants - fancy Italian and basic pub - on ground floor that you can charge to the room.

No matter when i come the Staff is the same pleasant and friendly and helpful everything was wonderful it's my favorite place to stay in Thanks

I had a book a few nights here because my new apartment had a pipe burst. The staff is super friendly and helpful, I had a peaceful stay. Poor Phil’s downstairs is a new fav!

Left few clothes in the room drawer.. never found… reception and house keeping were very indifferent

In town for a Christmas Party. The Carlton is very convenient to the house party. Love the vibe and the pub with all the. Chicago Memorabilia!

The hotel isn’t terrible, given there are only select few options in the area. It is an older building and with that said, the heating system has a boiler system. Throughout the night, I would wake up to banging of the pipes because of this heat system. It also seems to be located next to a low income housing section, which was not appealing as I park the car overnight. Parking is free and dining is good, not great. I’d say it was overall adequate for my overnight needs.
