My only negative feedback would be the staffing, on the Saturday morning. Arriving at the dining room. All the tables had been used! And the dish weren’t being cleared away! There were two young staff, and the girl was doing the job but very slowly!!! The young chap disappeared. For about 10 into the kitchen. I don’t know if they were just over whelmed??? With the number of tables that need to be cleaned? I then saw the manager coming into the dining. And leave again!!! I spoke to the said manager later about the situation. His reply was that he had spoken to them. I my opinion I don’t think the problem was addressed properly. And He should have helped them!!!! Unfortunately….. Sunday was the same. I was told by another young chap, that I could get myself the cutlery ect, and have my breakfast in the bar!!! Then a young girl said, I could go into the conservatory to have my breakfast. She seemed a lot more capable then the other staff that where there. My other Disappoin**ent was there where no Fried eggs!!! Only scrambled. The chef said, that the cooker that he makes then on was broken!!!! So my Question is… Why didn’t someone go and get some frying pans??? Especially as it was the same as the day before!!!! For a Four start hotel. I thought it would be better??? On the positive side I did enjoy my stay. Hopefully if I come again. That these problems will have been addressed.
