Very good hotel. Free breakfast and dinner included. Close to Go train station and Bronte park. Water is good. Heating and air conditioning is good.

토론토에서 크게 멀지 않은 위치로 저렴하게 머물수 있는 숙소입니다. 간단한 아침 식사가 제공되고, 시설은 전반적으로 낡았지만 깨끗했습니다.

Place is well located. We were unfortunate to have been there during the stay of a soccer team kids and their parents. Had to wait 55 mins for check in since guests keep coming and trying to find rooms with the operator who was in front of us. Hotel was not staffed for such a large crowd. Quite noisy with kids running around. Otherwise place was good. Decent sized room and breakfast. Well situated and close to the highway.

Le seul attrait de cette hôtel est sa vue sur les chutes. Les voituriers et les femmes s'occupants des ascenseurs est excellente. Les réceptionnistes n'offre aucun service et malgré leur nombre (environ 8) aucun ne parle français. Je désirais avoir des verres en verre pour ma chambre et j'ai du aller les chercher moi même, ils préféraient discuter en eux que de faire leurs travail. Nous avons souper au KEG l'un des restaurants de l'hôtel, c'était bon sans plus, très bruyant. Nous étions 4 et ils ont fait des erreurs pour deux de nos plats, ils ont mis si longtemps à corriger leurs erreurs que lorsque les plats sont arrivés les 2 autres avaient pratiquement fini leurs assiettes. Mais le pire est qu'a peine avaient ils desservi ces deux premières assiettes qu'ils amenaient les cartes des desserts. Ça fait maintenant plus de 4 jours et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma facture, pourtant j'ai écris pour la réceptionniste mon courriel. En conclusion cette établissement n'a rien de prestigieux, vue la qualité de la prestation il devrait diviser leurs tarifs par 2. Je ne le conseillerais à personne.

This property was a good fit for our family. We had the two bedroom suite, great for a family of four. The room was of good size with a well enough equipped kitchen. It was very quite, even with the proximity to the freeway. Breakfast was above par and the staff could not have been more helpful or nicer. The hotel was very close to the train station which made traveling into downtown Toronto a snap. But... The room was very run down. Carpet in the room and hallways was in poor condition, with may areas that it was pulling up. The sofa in the room looked like it was picked from the garbage. And there were areas of mold in the bathroom. This could be a great hotel with a remodel, or at least a refresh.

We stayed 2 nights. Family of 5. We booked for 5 adults in one room. I was very disappointed that they only had 1 queen bed and one very uncomfortable sofa bed. What's the point if you can't even sleep comfortably.

The rooms were very old and outdated. My husband and I stayed in room 512 on fifth floor. We booked a suite, 1 King Non-Smoking Room. Upon entering the room, there was a very bad stench/smell. The room has carpet which had spots on it. The furniture was old and worn out. There was a mini kitchen but most of the appliances were old. There is free breakfast included! Weekdays 6:30-9:30 & Weekends 6:30-10:30. Overall, I believe this hotel needs a major renovation and upgrade.
