格拉瓦哈卡酒店(Gala Oaxaca)

I was there for a week. I really liked the the hotel was extremely close to the Palacio Municipal, the Qisco, the historical street and the Mercados. The mattresses are extremely hard. The pillows were very thin. We were only given one. We asked for a second one and it took 3 days to get them. The water pressure is extremely low and the shower handles weren’t working properly. The hot water one was extremely hot and unable to control as well as the cold one. After the first day the shower water did not turn off. For this reason I asked for a different room. The room we were given was larger but the shower was smaller and the toilet seat was way too close to the wall. We could not seat comfortably. The sheets were not changed daily. We were asked to use the towels at least twice. I was very concerned that the front door to the hotel would be locked with a chain at night. I believe it is a fire hazard. I cannot say what time at night it was locked due to us leaving early in the morning every day and we returned at night. We had to call the hotel phone number in order to have the attendant open the door. It would take some time because he was asleep. For the above reason I will not stay there again and will not recommend it.

格式のあるホテルで外観も素敵でした！ ボーイが親切で帰りにチョコレートをくれたり、無料で荷物を預かってくれたり、とても良かったです！

A excepción del wifi que es un poco inconsistente, todo lo demás fue muy satisfactorio. El personal muy amable. Hotel limpio, seguro y cómodamente localizado en el centro de Oaxaca. Recomendado!!!

EL HOTEL ESTA MUY CÉNTRICO, LIMPIO, AGRADABLE, EL PERSONAL ES AMABLE, LAS HABITACIONES LIMPIAS, ES TRANQUILO. EN GENERAL MI ESTANCIA ESTUVO EXCELENTE.

La estacio fue super habitación amplia el fácil acceso para todo mercado tiendas el zócalo regresaría sin duda. La entra fue antes cuando llegue las 8 am era el check listo las 1 fue lo mejor . La habitación limpia y el personal en todo momento amable sin duda si regreso al hotel

Me encantó todo de esté hotel ya que está de muy fácil acceso y céntrico, sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo y me volvería a quedar ahí!!

Nunca decepciona el hotel gala siempre me. Hospedó en ese hotel cuando viajo a Oaxaca solo q esta ves las camas estuvieron pésimas no se podía ni dormir de lo incómodos de los colchones la vista horrible daba hacia los baños de otras habitaciones es la primera ves q me. Sucede esto pero no por eso me. Quitara la buena opinión q tengo de este hotel

No me había tocado ningún hotel que cerrara la entrada principal con candado y sin siquiera avisar para estar prevenidos El internet es muy malo y las camas son un poco incómodas

El hotel está exactamente en el zócalo de Oaxaca, muchos lugares que visitar, muchos lugares para comer
