Reason for poor service. Room service ordered through portal, confirmation received through portal and email waited for over half an hour after requested time messaged restaurant twice no response. Then messaged front desk inly then to receive a call to say no room service that night an to come down to the bar if I want to. We had travelled for many hours and just wanted to relax in our room. So we did not bother with any refreshments. I think you may need to look this, it’s not good to let guests order and get confirmation for a service you are not providing that day.
