奧伯林鵝卵石套房酒店(Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Oberlin)

We ended up getting there super late due to bad weather and they had lots of food options and the customer service was fantastic.

I arrived at the hotel at 2 am after a late flight and there was no one their to check me in. I went to the front door and it was locked I called the number and could hear it ringing through the door and no one came. I had to find a last minute hotel at two am which put me in an unsafe situation. Then I was charged for a no show and the next day I went to the hotel during business hours and requested a refund and he refused saying that he was there all night and I was a no show. I asked the employee to check his cameras and showed him my call log and he continued to lie to my face claiming I was a no show.

Pretty standard motel, but was very noisy. Room was right by parking lot and clise to an outer door. Didnt get much sleep.

Check in quick and easy. Off the Hiway and quiet. Rooms are well maintained and clean. All together it was a nice stay. Accomodations very nice for the price.

Room clean and smelled good. Shower was hot and good spray. Breakfast was filling.

The room was ok, however we booked through ******* com for two nights and when we got to town we found out the race event for the second night had been cancelled. We tried to cancel our room for the second night and we’re told since we booked it with ******* we had to call them. We did and they said it was up to the property. Just got a big run around and they would not cancel the second night. Found out later they did the same thing to everyone who had booked the second night. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

2-story hotel with no elevator, and was told there were no king-size beds on the first floor. The bed was uncomfortable pillows are great breakfast kept behind my front desk, so I could be rationed out.

Accommodated my late check in request. Clean and comfortable. Typical good value from a Cobblestone property.
