Baymont by Wyndham Ocala Suites

Old building remodeled which was nice! Floors were dirty and had spill marks all over it and hair/dustballs under bed and furniture! No hot breakfast as advertised online, grab and go! We have stayed at Baymont before and always very satisfied, not this time!!’

My room was canceled when I arrived there at 3am, I had to start looking for a new room. I had my reservations made. Horrible service. Expecting a full refund as I had to look for a new place to stay at that time. Do not recommend this place at all. They did not even t5ry to accommodate me in any way. VP

They only had one room ready. Paid for 2 king rooms and they only had one available. Even though I did the early check-in the day before they only had one king room available. Had to take a king and a double. Also the room smells old and like smoke. If the air is on it blows the curtains straight out so that the light from the outside shines in. Room doesn’t look like the pictures, for sure. Even though the person working the front was apologetic it still doesn’t make us want to come back here.

I happen to know that they either had a two-way mirror or recording device behind the mirror in their kitchen because I did the finger test on that mirror versus the bathroom mirror but I had no other place to go so I took all my clothes put them on hangers and put them in front of the mirror and then took a towel and put it in front of the bathroom mirror if I was a single female I would not stay here

They are very unorganized. They need better group for house keeping. The rooms are supposed to be ready by 2 pm we got there after 3 and they didn’t have our room ready. Well they did but the room had no linen, was dirty, smelled bad like cigarettes and had lots of garbage. I think with better front desk training and new housekeeping the place would be better. They tried. My brother in law got there around 6 or so and his room wasn’t ever ready. At one point due to people’s complaints we saw the manager, front desk clerk and housekeepers carrying mattresses across the parking lot. They say they are switching over to a winham hotel but I don’t think I’ll go there again. They are friendly though

Over booked Let me start by saying how bad of an experience we had when arriving tired and not been able to have a place to sleep because it was over booked and apparently it happened to a lot of other people. We definitely not book here again.

Customer service was great and friendly. I didn’t give 5 stars based on a couple of my personal preferences. The mattress was firm. Not what I need and the room had shades but light filtered in through the sides and I sleep best in a completely dark room.

It was perfect for our one night stay! So clean. And the lady was amazing.. only thing i would say is please put some hooks in the bathroom. But thats it

Room was not clean. Ant wqs all over. Toiletteries was not there.
