Great location just the people sitting in front of the building and the excessive trash is what gets me.

I am utterly shocked and disappointed by the experience my friends and I had at this hotel. We had booked three rooms for ourselves and two other families traveling with us, expecting a smooth and relaxing stay. Instead, what we encountered was nothing short of a nightmare. To begin with, one of the rooms was not ready at 4:30 PM, which is already an hour and a half past the check-in time. We received a call at 5:30 PM saying the room was finally available, but by then, we were already on an excursion and couldn't return to the hotel. My friend was only able to check in after 10:30 PM—an exhausting end to a long day of travel from Miami. Upon our arrival, we were horrified to discover that the hotel was infested with roaches. They were everywhere—absolutely everywhere—in the rooms, hallways, even the bedding. The rooms were filthy, with stained linens, broken duvets, and an overall lack of cleanliness. I took pictures and videos of the hotel's disgraceful condition to document this. The front desk staff, particularly a lady named Patricia, was extremely rude and dismissive when we requested assistance. Not only did she offer no help, but she also made checking out and getting a refund unnecessarily difficult. Two of the families traveling with us were able to book alternative accommodations, but only at a much higher rate, leaving us scrambling for a solution. Me gustó la propiedad el ambiente tranquilo la seguridad, limpieza y es muy acogedora. El equipo de trabajo también muy bueno excepto por mi experiencia con la recepcionista que cuando fui a extender para dos días más me maltrató mi me gritó muy mal educada y agresiva. Lo cual no hice y me fui para otro hotel.

Roaches/No workers? Easy check in experience but that was the only time there was someone at the desk. Never saw another worker again for the next two days to ask for more towels for 4 people in our room. Room only had two bath towels and 1 rag, no hand towels for 4 adults. Roaches seen in bathroom. Unclean feeling in room and throughout the whole hotel. Smells like smoke in the halls. Would not recommend this hotel.

Overall The front desk agent was not found for some time; I had to call on the wall phone for someone. There are some smokers hanging outside in front I guess because no smoking inside, but the foyer smelled of smoke. There are NO TOWELS inside the units. The units and halls are very nice though.

NOT WORTH IT ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC! We were greeted by staff completely disheveled and came in to a room with food & garbage under beds & beside tables. I had ti kill 2 toachea. Could not get an extra towel until I returned the other 2

Room was unexpectedly clean. Jessika, and Patricia both handled business professionally. No problems at all. Outside could be picked up and more maintained. Other than that the property is A-1.

WOW the roaches and the nightly fights in the parking lot were enough for me! Dirty, smelly, this place needs to be condemned ASAP! We got sick from how dirty this place was! Spend the couple extra this isn’t worth it at all! Be safe yall
