******* sent the wrong credit number to the hotel, and I was on the phone with 3 different ******* employees for over an hour. I got to the hotel just before midnight, to be told my ******* reservation didn’t go through and she said even if it had, they didn’t have that room available. After an hour of the hotel auditor and I trying to make the almost unintelligible ******* personnel listen to us, I had to pay $50 more for a room since ******* had me booked in a nonexistent room. So not only did ******* charge me, but I also had to pay the hotel directly. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever endured.
