No hot water.

We had to shorten our stay at the property because of a death in the family and we have been trying since then to get a refund or credit for the days we never used but to no avail. Repeated calls to the property are met with countless excuses.

Generally clean but has not been updated in a long time. The mattress was just horrible; you could feel the springs.

The only problem I had with the hotel was that the king size bed had broken springs... and was sunk down over the smashed broken part of the bed. It made the bed uncomfortable.

Generally a good place. The bed in the original room we were in had a very uncomfortable bed. We called the desk and they switched our room that night which indicates great customer service. We stayed close to a week and enjoyed our stay. They actually offered fresh towels every day and cleaned the room periodically which I appreciated.

Nice room. It was very clean, but our biggest complaint was the bed, which could've used a new mattress! Not as bad as we thought it was going to be for sleeping, but was definitely pretty well used. A little lumpy - had some "depressions" in it and a few springs here and there that hit you in the wrong places! Took a bit of effort to get comfortable, but once we each found the right spot, we slept pretty well.

Liked that it was convenient but this property needs a completely renovation. Mattresses actually had indentations where our rear ends would go. Very old

This is a nice hotel. Looks recently renovated. Looked clean and smelled clean. Did wait a short time to check in as the staff member was a way from the desk. Not many dining options close. Have to go.one exit sputh for many dining options.

Second time I’ve stated here and it is newish and kept in pristine condition. Convenient to the Wirld Equestrian Center and reasonably priced!
