I was charged an additional charge to park my vehicle. When I returned from dinner, there was no parking available. After the first night, they had NOT cleaned the room, when I was gone all day, and returned at 5:00 pm. At checkout, I voiced my concerns to the girl behind the desk. She partially refunded the parking charge, and said that she was goi g to refund the one night, but never did ! She claimed that her printer was not working to print the room refund as proof, even though she just printed the partial parking refund. I have NOT seen the refund returned to my account. Also, I could not access the building because the automatic door was NOT working with the keycard. We were kept waiting outside for 45 minutes until they found the key to access the Emergency Exit door. The other gentleman had his wife and two young children in the room waitng. The room and carpet was so dirty that your feet was black on the bottom when you entered the shower, and you had to brush the sand off of your feet before putting your socks on.
