Horrible we booked the room we wanted little over a month out l, called on a Monday to confirm our stay for Friday. Got a call around noon to say they double booked our room and we would he sent to another resort further down the road and further from the beach. We booked a room where you can walk literally across a one-way street to be at the beach 1015 feet we got sent to resort or we had to walk half a mile just to get to the beach. It was away from everything nice resort, but definitely not what we wanted. Beyond disappointed with how the company act and I feel like since these are timeshares that an owner decided that they wanted to come instead of sitting there saying sorry we already booked our room. They just screwed us and I was looking very forward to staying in that room and relaxing for the weekend.

Perfect location walking close to many restaurants - shops. Being across from the ocean is why I chose this place. Staff so welcoming and friendly. When I got to bed I felt something all over the sheets like sand I never went to the beach due to it being overcast. Since it was at night I didn’t expect housekeeping to be there so unfortunately I never went to sleep concerned the sheets were not fresh. My intention was to leave at 11 am instead I left very early to go home to get sleep. The mattress wasn’t the best like a nice hotel.

Steps from the ocean and pier. We had a clean room with comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel is literally just feet from the ocean. You cannot beat the location!

I booked this location for the second year in a row and what can I say, our stay was absolutely wonderful!! The staff in especially Nicole and Zach went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Nicole is simply amazing, she thrives at what she does. It was my son’s Birthday and she added all these special touches. She truly went above and beyond to make our son feel special. The place itself is so lovely and peaceful. Breathtaking views and the sounds of the ocean waves crashing at the shore from outside our window made me never want to return to our everyday routine. I love it so much I’m considering purchasing a timeshare there. If you find a date that’s available just book it! You won’t regret it!!! It’s conveniently located to the pier, beach, shopping and dining. With parking right outside your door. Thank you Nicole you are the best!!

The sound of ocean waves was really nice. I also enjoyed the salty air and beachfront sand. The entrance for the studio was strange as you have to go outside onto street to access your hotel room?

They offer complimentary beach towels and you can check out beach chairs and beach cruisers to ride around town. All free!
